I purchased a CorVex frying pan. It worked well up until the time I decided to make an egg white omelet. Big mistake. The egg whites stuck to the pan. It was like cement. I tried to remove the egg whites without using anything abrasive to no avail. I ended up having to use a scrubby pad to clean the pan and that took a good 10 minutes to get it clean. Now everything sticks to the pan. I went back to cast iron.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
