I ordered Probiotic America's new product as a "preferred customer" with an early order day and time to get this product. I received the confirmation, order number, and shipping information. When I was expecting the delivery, I received an email saying my order would be shipped a week late. Two days before shipping date, I received an email saying they were out of stock and in 7 months I could try again. They tried to sell me all kinds of other offers while ordering. I only wanted the product I ordered. I was unhappy with such business practices. Customer service would not give me an email or street address to contact the president of the company.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
