    Nufinity

    Joke

This product is a joke, and more importantly a scam. First of all the cream is lumpy, which is a result of poor production. It does not produce the effects it promises, and feels like a soap film on your skin. The product smells like bug poison.

When I ordered the trial, I was not told about the "fine print" that any good sales person should reveal. I used the product only a few times before realizing it was a worthless product. I was charged $100 plus change after a couple of weeks, and when I called to find out why, I was told about the fine print details. This is a stab you in the back sales scam!

After speaking with customer service person "Danny," I was told I would only be refunded $79 after they received the product. They charge a $14.99 restocking fee to dispose of the returned product. I went online to find more information and found out that refunds are available for unopened, unused products returned. Danny did not tell me this, so they expect to receive opened products, charge you more money and then tell you they cannot refund your money because it was opened? Can I say SCAM again?

In total, they've charged me for this product: $5.04, $.15, $1.99, and $100.67, a lot more than even the fine print states. Don't get scammed. I would select minus 3 negative stars if it was available.

Over the counter drug store products work much better. CeraVie is excellent and actually does what it promises. I've learned my lesson - I will be using CeraVie from now on.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
