$86.95 is no small sum. How could I have missed the fine print of “oh, and if you DON'T CANCEL, we'll keep sending and charging!?” I am a reasonable and careful person. I should have trusted the nagging suspicion that this was too good to be true.
I was able to talk an overseas rep who conceded to giving me 50% back and canceling my account (after he spoke with the so called financial department), by asking him how many other complaints they have received and wondering aloud if anyone has reported them. Still an expensive lesson. I'm upset.
