    American Home Shield

    I am supposed to get a replacement but...

    Overall Experience:

    I am supposed to get a replacement for my cooktop which I have been without for a month and a half. AHS has provided about 65% of the cost of a comparable replacement and used a no-longer-made cooktop to set their value. I have been transferred to another department and have been on hold for more than 2 hours trying to talk with someone and no one ever comes on the line. Extraordinarily frustrating.

    Pros and Cons:

    • No “pros” were specified in this review
    • Customer Service is impossible to reach
    • Employees stating that they will do something and they're not doing it
    • Not at all timely in their work
    • They use companies for repairs that are affiliated with AHS

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
