    Nova Derm Eye Cream

Should Not Be Able To Operate Their Business

A few weeks ago I fell for this scam, it was on one of those Facebook offers, Christie Brinkley or Dr. Oz or someone. It said $14.95 for shipping and I could have this free trial. I thought I was ordering eye cream and face cream from the same company - as it turns out apparently not one company. Face cream was Revivasol and the eye cream was NovaDerm. I called Revivasol and talked with a woman who said no problem, cancelling it.

So I thought it was over. But no. Yesterday I received a package from NovaDerm which I have not opened. I called and talked with a very snippy person Gabriel, who apparently has no last name. He said that on the website it CLEARLY states that if you do not cancel within 14 days they will automatically bill the credit card $89.95 per month. I told him that there was no such detail from the Facebook ad and web site I ordered from and that I can read.

We went round and round and got no where with this snip. I finally hung up the phone.

So, at this moment I have the following charges: Dream Skin for $89.94 on 4/28, Radiant Creations for $89.95 on 4/4, Radiant for $1.79 on 4/4, and Dream Skin for $89.94 on 3/31.

Very clever of these companies to take advantage of the public. I am not through yet. Thieves!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
