So, I signed up for the "free trial," which is only 14 days. But that is 14 days from the day you order them not the day you receive them. So, basically I got to take a week's worth before they were charging my account the $160.00 dollars that it cost to buy the product. I called to cancel the service at which time I was told I had to send back the rest of the product before they would refund my money to me. I don't mind paying for a product, but I wanted to make sure it was going to work first. How can you know if a product works in a week's time. Even doctors like to give patients a few weeks of taking medicine to determine if it is going to work properly. I was very disappointed in how they conducted the "free trial."
I was also told that even if I send the product back they will refund all but $12.95 per product, because that is the warehouse service fee. I ended up just keeping what I had for the simple fact that I feel like sending it back would be more of a hassle than it is worth, plus I would have to pay to send them back, and I still won't get my money until they get the product back.
My question is why do they even want the product back, are they going to re-package it up for someone else to have, because that is not good at all. So, I will continue to take the product to see if it genuinely works, however, I found a product at GNC with the same ingredients that I will purchase for $30 dollars when I am finished with this stuff. I would not even have given a star if I was not required to.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
