    TuraPur Pitcher

Don't waste your money on this scam product.

If negative stars were available they would get -10! The TuraPur pitcher and filters both are a waste of money and a scam!

I have gone through 4 filters in 3 months and can not get anyone from this company to return any of my requests for contact. The response from them is always “My concerns are being forwarded for review.” and no one ever gets back to me.

I questioned how long a filter should last. I even went as far as to use the only store bought filtered water with this and after one week the water barely flows through the filter.

The instructions state the filter should be cleaned daily using a vinegar solution and that can not be done since it gets clogged in the filter and never flows through it.

As far as I can tell, the filters only contain charcoal in them and not the others ingredients needed to produce the "Hydrogen" water. And after purchasing both pitcher and filter they tell us that there is a very limited half-life of only 3-4 hours if not disturbed.

So pouring the water into a glass will let the hydrogen escape so you end up with just filtered water. Bad company and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I just reread my paperwork, it said weekly, so every seven days.
