I did the trial with the Derm Essence Anti-Aging Cream and Nu Beauty Anti-Wrinkle Eye Serum.
Went I did the automated cancellation, it gave me an RMA # and directions on returning the product. I assumed it was for the whole order since I have one order # for both, not for each particular product. I was supposed to have called two times and do two different cancellations, or if I had talked to their Customer Service Department, they would have canceled both at the same time.
I got charged for one of the items. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company, but I can't see where it specifically says in their Terms and Agreements that I needed two different RMA #s.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
