I ordered the Bissell CrossWave, the spot cleaner and cleaning solutions on March 2, 2017. I received the spot cleaner within a week but didn't receive the CrossWave or cleaning solutions. I waited a few days and checked my order status on the site. It showed everything shipped and was delivered.
I called customer service, and they told me the CrossWave and solutions were on back order. It didn't state that on my order status nor did I receive an email or phone call about the delay. Bissell took my first payment, and I was told by customer service that 30 days from March 3rd my second payment would come out of my account. I told them it isn't right and I was never told about the back order and that they will have over $150 before I even get my full order. Customer service told me that sorry but there is nothing they could do about that.
I am very disappointed with Bissell for not giving me notice about items being back ordered and taking money before products are received. This was my first order from them, and I will never order from them in the future.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
