Deceptive marketing, questionable results and poor customer satisfaction

Impressive deceptive marketing without total disclosure of business practices.

The free bottle is not free if you keep it. The first billing, if not canceled, is the difference between the $4.99 shipping and the balance of the product cost, which is almost a total of $95. This amount will be billed to you every month if you don't fight with them to cancel it. Even at that, while you are protesting the charges to your credit card, they continue to ship product and bill you. Getting these charges reversed is a nightmare.

While the initial hook is to get you to try it for the cost of shipping only, they get you by saying that if you don't cancel within the 14-day time frame, you will continue to be charged. I might add that this stipulation is not obviously stated. The problem is trying to get them to cancel the order. I was told when I called to cancel that it was done, but I continued to receive product and being billed. They will not provide an address for me to ship back the unwanted product and resist refunding my money.

My personal results included difficulty sleeping and stomach nausea. No other noticeable physical effects. I am 62 years old, and I do not take any other medications.

I am fine with paying the initial $4.99 shipping for the trial bottle, which is what I asked for, but I am fighting to get a complete refund for the three other charges to my account.

Any other legitimate business will provide a refund for the unused product when it is returned, but this company has an aversion to doing that, plus charging you the full amount for something after you are told is a free sample for only the cost of shipping, which is a deceptive lie.

The best advice is if you must try this, pay for the first trial using a type of PayPal account which prevents them from continuing to charge your account, which is the safest way to protect yourself.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
