The worst customer service and sketchy technicians. I placed a claim for my A/C and the tech said it was a valve and I needed to order it from the internet. It took a week to return, (90 degrees inside the house for a week). It worked for 10 minutes, gave them the invoice for $750 for freon, and they said it is not covered anymore.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
