    Very poor customer service

    The product works ok. No big boost, no big crash. However, they charged my account $95, not $59 like advertised, and refuse to refund it. I talked to three representatives this morning, two of which hung up on me when asking for a manager, and the third claiming after two attempts that she couldn't reach a manager.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
