Please, do not purchase this product. When you take as recommended there no change in performance at all. I attempted to get my money back, and it was a nightmare. They make you jump through hoops and give you specific time frames to call back in hopes you forget. After two weeks of calls, emails and getting my credit card company involved, I am supposedly getting a refund.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
