My Perfect Cooker warmer burnt out, so I sent it back with a check of $9.99 for a replacement. They received it on July 20th. Here it is August 7th, and I still have not received it back. They seem to have lost it and would like to know what my debit card number is. Really? I explained to them that it was a gift back in December and that I already sent a check with the cooker back, and that I will not give them my debit card number as well. Something seems to be wrong with this picture. Don't get me wrong, I truly enjoyed the cooker, I just don't like the way it's being handled.
