    Power Fit Platform

    After watching the ad on TV I bought the Power Fit machine only to get it not working. The company replaced the machine after two months of waiting since it was under warranty. I did finally get my new machine. The company is telling me it was a fuse. Apparently, they have to yet to find the second one as the machine has done the same thing and is now not covered by the warranty. It was within 12 months of getting two machines, but over 12 months from the first machine, and now they want to charge a service fee. Plus I have to pay for freight and parts if needed.

    I am not happy. I wouldn't recommend this product at all. Unhappy, so it's sat in the box since January.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Janine, I think the warranty should start again with the replacement device. It could be worth contacting the office of Fair Trading.
