I have been a member for around two years. The boxes were well curated, and the kids loved opening them and trying the recipes and treats. We changed our subscription from bimonthly to monthly.
Then our September box failed to arrive, and nobody answered our email for a week. After rounds and rounds of excuses, our box did finally arrive, in mid-October, and it was a repeat. We still have not received a November box or any response to email inquiries. Despite all the protestations about "transitions" (um, hire some temps?), I have a feeling the company is struggling financially.
In addition to the late or missing boxes, the online shop abruptly disappeared without notice, leaving us with a large credit we can no longer use. (It returned, very briefly, but only sold cheese before disappearing again.)
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
