    Refuse to issue credit after cancelling service

    I just called to cancel my service and I had to argue with the rep to cancel it. Then refused to credit my account for the payment they just charged me. I asked to speak with a manager and of course no one was available. After reading everyone else's response, I just hope they really cancel it and don't charge me anymore.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
