I ordered and paid for in full Orenda Coffee Maker in January of 2017 with the promise to have the product delivered in a few months. It is now 13 months later, and I have not received a product. I have contacted them three times to request a refund, and they have not responded to any of these requests. There is no way to contact an actual person via phone. They just ignore the emails they don't want to deal with. At this point, I have no option but to dispute the charge with my credit card company and let them handle it.
Stay away from this company and save yourself the headaches! There are other better products out there by now.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
