    Flex Cycle

    A horrible customer service

    I ordered my Flex cycle on June 4th, 2015. I have been calling them periodically since that date, and hearing nothing but excuses. They keep telling me a number of days or weeks that the order will ship in, and it never does. This is ludicrous! I wanted it for the summer months, and here we are in the middle of November. What in the world is going on with these people? Horrible service. Horrible company. They should be ashamed. My rating is minus 1 star.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
