    Auroma Brewing

    Defective product, non-existent company/support.

    In a sane and just world, there would be legal action underway against Auroma Brewing Company for unethical business practices and violating their own stated refund policy. I received a coffee maker last March. It only works very intermittently, and even when it works there are problems. It spews water and coffee grinds, takes a full eight minutes to make a cup of coffee. The iOS app does not work. I have sent numerous emails to their support line to get a refund. They are completely ignoring their customers, not processing refunds, not fixing defects in their product, etc. I have a relatively simple open issue of not being to use the iOS app because of a password bug - getting completely ignored by ABC.

    Overall, this is far and away the worst experience I have ever had with a company that took $400.00 of my money. Save yourself and do not, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, do business with these criminals. I wish I could post this with zero stars.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
