I ordered the free 14-day trial for the moisturizer and the eye serum, paying the shipping for both items, which totaled about $14.00. I ordered the products on 7/31/18 and received them on 8/15/18, 16 days later. On the 18th, I was charged $89.03 and $88.87. When I called in, I was told by a service representative that I didn't cancel within the 14-day period, so I was charged the full amounts for the product! What? I didn't have 14-days to try the product if I received it after the 14 days! Hello? The representative said that it was up to me to call in and tell someone that I had not received my order timely BEFORE the 14-day trial expired to cancel. Who does that? I spoke to a manager, who gave me ONLY a $120 credit and a cancelation of the automatic re-order. This "free trial" cost me $72. I don't care how good the product is, I will NEVER order again. I will also tell all of my friends on social media and encourage them to tell their friends and so on.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
