    Worst customer service

    I had a credit I needed to use, called them 30 days prior to travel. They said I could not use my flight credit. I called the airline and they said it’s with the booking agent. I called them back and they said there is nothing they can do, give them a few days to work it out. A few days later still not worked out. 19 days later still not worked out. They will do everything to not give you a straight answer. It’s now three days until my vacation, and I am not booked to go anywhere. Do NOT use this website!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
