V Shred

I signed up for the extreme weight-loss program but during the initial Zoom call, I was informed that the Accelerator Plus program would be a better fit. I was very clear that I am a severely disabled veteran from a helicopter crash and would need to speak to my trainer before I received exercises. I was told my trainer would contact me right away. Instead, I received a week-long PDF of exercises I cannot perform. The V Shred response was to tell me to try harder and give the program a better chance…as though I can do squats and lunges without a functioning leg if I just try harder!

I also received a week-long PDF meal plan. For $2300 that is it. The trainer did not further contact me until I requested cancellation, then the message she sent was blank. V Shred has refused to refund my money even though I have received no product at all. I have been crying every day because as a single mom and disabled veteran, I cannot afford several thousand dollars for a product I haven’t received. This is financially devastating. I am pursuing litigation, help from the media, and additional help through the ADA.

I watched the video and was very interested in the right workout to do "10-15 minutes, 3x week". Even more, I was very excited about the magic-sounding carb cycling diet. I fully purchased everything and after spending 2 hours, which consisted of watching the video, ordering, then online with live chat for over an hour to make sure I was getting what I ordered and paying for and no more (all the marketing crap makes this very confusing), I took a look at what the package contained. The menus had absolutely no hint of carb cycling. The workouts were 18-19+ minutes AFTER a 4-minute warm-up 4 days of the week. I asked about the carb cycling and was told that's in the Advanced Diet you do AFTER 90 days! What BS. Why do I want to slug through all this for 90 days and not even do the most important part? Workouts and diets are a dime a dozen, even good ones. I immediately canceled and asked for a refund. My log-in account verifies my purchases but there is no order number so I cannot fill in the order number to further verify my review. I am awaiting my refund. What a scam!

I previously gave V Shred a one-star review because I did not like the way customers are constantly being marketed new products and upgrades in service. However, after that review appeared online, the company contacted me and fully refunded my money. That's why I have upgraded the review.

I have had great success with V Shred. When I started this program I was 55, my hormones were completely out of wack AND nothing I was trying was helping me lose the extra weight I was carrying. I wanted to tone AND lose 15 pounds. I chose to purchase the personal 4-week diet plan AND 90-day workout plan. I lost 7 pounds in the first month and the rest during the next 2 months. The diet plan was very simple, quick and easy, which is perfect for my eating style. I have been able to substitute foods when needed and stay on track with my busy lifestyle. I really eat more than I did before and I am never hungry. I have also toned my arms, abs, butt, and legs with the 90-day workouts. I basically do 30-minute workouts 4 times a week. I look better than I did 20 years ago. I am so happy with my body changes and will continue with the workouts and diet. This program worked so much better than anything I had ever tried and I am so happy with the results.

This is a joke. They hit my card for $149, $49, and $57 all in one day. I tried calling them, no answer and no reply back. I had to cancel my card so they would quit taking money from me.

I’d give negative stars if I could. If you're lucky enough to read this before your purchase, DO NOT give them money! I thought I was smart and read some reviews before I purchased. But apparently, I am an idiot because I ignored all the negative ones and purchased the “90-Day Fat Loss Extreme” and a “Custom 4-week meal plan” anyway. I honestly figured people had buyer’s remorse and were just complaining.

I felt safe buying because they had a 30-day money-back guarantee if you’re not happy. Well, what they do not tell you is that only a select few things qualify for this return policy. The meal plan does not. Shame on me for not looking up the fine print.

Anyway, turns out V Shred customer service is the actual worst. I have sent four emails to date, first one was 8 days ago with no response. I did get an automated email saying they’d respond in about 24 hours...obviously, that hasn’t happened.

The “custom meal plan” is a joke. It’s supposed to be four weeks of content, but instead, they assigned me to a trainer who appears very young, who made a 7-day plan and stated it was to be repeated for the four weeks. PLUS, the 7-day plan was not complete. She left multiple snack options open for my choice. It also had zero reflection of being built off of my body type and lacked any explanation of why the macros were calculated the way they were. I honestly think it was a “plug and chug” plan that is basic at best.

The workout plan is nothing special either. Bugs out sometimes and often doesn’t mark when you’ve completed a workout. You do have the option of a body weight “follow along video” workout or “in gym” option. Quality and content were not high in my opinion.

I gave this company the benefit of a doubt and never write negative reviews. But I am hoping to save anyone and everyone from wasting their money on V Shred. It’s absolutely AWFUL.

They are a scam. I tried canceling after the next day I signed up. They didn’t respond to my emails until I file a dispute with my bank! Even though they have a 30-day refund policy on the 90-day plan, they lied to my bank, stating saying that they don’t.

It's obvious there are those people that find excuses to be overweight by claiming fraud. They clearly haven't given the program a chance, too busy counting the days to get a refund. Sad. These people need to make the effort to see before and after pics. I lost 10 lbs in 2-3 weeks.

My only challenge is eating so many meals per day. I’m so busy working I miss meals. Even still, I lost weight with the meal plan, which is not rabbit food. The complainers need to make the commitment to the 90 days on the meal plan and 15-min exercises or move on to their next program. There are no programs that guarantee weight loss in 5 days eating fast food while sitting on the couch.

The program itself is $57 and if that's all you want, it's all you'll pay. V Shred does offer add-ons which you have to choose. I suggest reading everything upon checkout, then if you want any additional options, you have to check the box beside it. I added on a meal planner ($67) because I wanted to take the work out of my meal prep and have it customized to my likes. I also added on the V Shred University, which is free for 30 days, then if you choose to keep it, it's only $9.99 a month. I chose my additional options because the program is 90 days, but I wanted access to the help I know I'll probably need so that I can keep the weight off after the 90 days. You can cancel monthly charges at any time, and all information is stated up front before you choose anything that's additional. Also, everything you buy is listed and your total is given at the time of checkout.

- Doesn't matter how many times you call, they don't stop till you change your bank info or put a stop at your bank.

- They've been debunked by professionals.

- Tons of poor reviews and complaints of a scam.

- Mel magazine for article.

- See YouTube for review videos done by professional bodybuilders and nutritionists.

- Has been going on for years, and now to me as well, unfortunately. When are they going to be held accountable? Something must be done!

- My petition is trying to get enough support to get Google/YouTube to ban this company so no more innocent hard-working individuals get scammed.

A 5.38 million dollar business and WE'RE getting scammed and that's just ok!? No! No more.

I just purchased V Shred the 90-day program on March 29th. So far, I am enjoying the fitness routines and the meal plans, I have lost 2 pounds. I have the stomach pouch and never could get rid of it no matter how hard I tried. I want to thank you, Vince, for introducing your fitness program to me.
