The customer service is beyond terrible.

I never received it and when I called to complain, all I got was the runaround and they refused to re-ship the product until I went to the post office to file a claim.

If this is the way they stand with their product I really want nothing to do with them. I'm just disputing the charges and letting them hash it out with my credit card company. It appears I am not alone in dealing with their horrible customer service with their terrible rules. Just food for though: buyer beware.

Bogus

Tried Vital Reds for 2-3 weeks. Replaced my morning cup of coffee for Vital Reds. No burst of energy, no increased metabolism, no dramatic results after 2 or 3 weeks. Wish it worked, but I have to conclude that it does absolutely nothing.

Got a possible fraud alert from my Bank

Alert from my Bank due to their attempt to charge multiple purchases on single item purchase. Going to see what their response is when I call to inquire as to what they were trying to do. Will update ASAP.

“No Questions Asked…Guaranteed”?

Based on the wealth of favorable reviews, I purchased a three month supply of Vital Reds. After I have used Vital Reds for almost 2.5 months and didn’t feel any better, I requested a refund.

Instead of approving my “No Questions Asked” refund, Customer Service first required a return of their containers (empty or full), order number, the reason for return, etc. Then after 5-7 days of their receipt and physical inspection, Vital Reds would finally process my return.

Certainly, the above requirements are NOT “No Questions Asked”! For example, if returning the empty bottles was a requirement to attain the refund, that fact should be clearly stated on their website. Most consumers would simply throw out the empties. Vital Reds required other info although they already had such as my order number, name, address, the reason for return, etc. Why is this info requested a second time?

After I complained, a different Customer Service Agent agreed to process the refund without requiring the above. If I had not questioned Vital Reds’ “No Questions Asked” refund requirements, I would have been out $121!

Morale? Do not accept customer service’s initial attempt to avoid approving your “no questions asked” refund! Caveat emptor! Let the buyer beware.

Excellent!

I have only been using the Vital Reds formula for a couple weeks but wake up in the morning anxious to have my mixture to start the day. It's very tasty mixed with my kombucha. I feel like it gives me a great boost and I have been taking five-mile walk every day. I'm 73 and happy!

Did not work & guarantee is a total rip-off.

According to the good doctor, I am one of the few who is not helped by using this product. I was not worried about the $135.00 I spent since it was covered by his 100% guarantee with a simple friendly refund policy. Just spoke to one of his customer service people requesting he honors his guarantee. Was told "No problem" - just send back the empty jars and pay return postage and they would look and see if I qualified. Who would keep empty jars almost 2 months after emptying them when there is nothing in the guarantee stating this is a primary requirement? But they also had a verbal scam to take care of this. They offered me a refund of my cost at a 40% discount but really meant they would only send me 40% of what I paid. Makes me think that the whole operation is only to scam the public.

The product did not work for me and got scammed on the guarantee. Would not recommend this to a friend or even an enemy.

We ask that customers return the container so we know they at least tried it, and are glad when our customers call so we can consult them to make sure they were doing everything possible to experience the great benefits of Vital Reds.

We offer a 40 percent discount to keep the unused portion of the product if customers wish to continue trying it and do not want to go through the hassle of returning the product. We do this for the convenience of our customers, and I am sorry if this was not clearly stated when you called.

Recurring billing

I ordered 1 month at the first time price and now I am getting emails that my recurring order is on the way and that my card will be charged. I do not want anymore and I do not want my card charged.

Refund

It worked for a couple of weeks when I first got it but now I'm more tired than ever. I gave my BF a couple of those bottles because he works night shifts and he feels tired and drained, it has not helped him at all. Along with another friend who has been taking it for a week and he doesn't notice any improvements at all, and he has been taking it every day at the same time. So I want to return what has not been used for a refund on it. I paid a lot for no result. How do I get a refund?

Avoid Vital Reds

This product didn't work. I took it for a month as instructed. In addition they guarantee your money back but that's a lie. The company has failed to give me a refund despite my many requests. Please avoid this product.

Complete Crap

I took their product consistently for 3 months, just like they suggest. I did not see any improvement AT ALL. And do you think they offered a refund? YEAH RIGHT.

I talked to them multiple times about it and all they had to say was that they were sorry it didn't work. What a load of crap. Do not buy. You have been warned.

Wont refund me after I returned

I contacted the place where I ordered from, They told me to send this back and I had to pay to ship it their way. I did that. They received my item back yet won't answer my emails and won't refund me
