About Vitalmax XT
Having problems ‘revving your engine’? Running out of gas way before the finish line?
If so, Vitalmax XT is a nutritional supplement (or “extra strength male enhancement solution,” as the company calls it) that promises to immediately deliver bigger erections, longer sexual stamina, more intense orgasms, and improved sexual confidence.
According to the company, with Vitalmax XT, you’ll be able to boost your virility, revive your sexual spark; boost power, pleasure, and performance—even increase your penis size. All of this is accomplished through a blend of clinically proven natural extracts & botanicals that provide results without side effects.
Look, it’s easy to understand your frustration—and perhaps even your embarrassment—if you’re not exactly feeling like superman in the sack. But is Vitalmax XT’s manufacturer just using your insecurity to sell you, or can you really expect this supplement to work?
We did some digging to provide answers to these exact questions. Here’s what we learned:
What Causes Male Sexual Problems?
We won’t go into excessive detail here, but from a biological perspective, a man achieves an erection once the two chambers underneath the penis (called the corpora cavernosa) relax and fill with blood. Then, this blood is held in place by a surrounding membrane known as the tunica albuginea.
To begin this process though, the brain must first send messages to the nerves, which itself is triggered by mental and/or physical stimulation.
Here’s the point: If there’s a ‘hiccup’ at any point throughout this multi-stage process, it can lead to a condition known as erectile dysfunction (ED). Difficulty achieving an erection, to be blunt.
How does this happen? A whole host of mental, emotional, and medical issues can lead to ED, but a few of the most common include heart disease (or other circulatory concerns, like high blood pressure), age (decreased testosterone, for example), stress, medical treatments and pharmaceuticals, alcohol and tobacco use, and much more. What’s this mean for you?
If you’re struggling with ED or decreased feelings of intimacy, the first person you should speak with is your doctor (whether they specialize in the physical or psychological).
What about the ingredients found in Vitalmax XT, though? Will they give you the boost you need, without a trip to the doctor? Let’s find out.
How Effective Are Vitalmax XT’s Ingredients?
While there isn’t a label listed on the Vitalmax XT website, so we can’t know exactly how much of each it contains, we’re told that you’ll find the following ingredients:
- Catuaba Bark Extract
- Maca Root Extract
- Damiana Leaf Extract 4:1
- Muira Puama Root Extract
Is there enough clinical evidence showing that these ingredients are effective for any of the claims made by Vitalmax XT’s manufacturer? In short, no.
However, l-citrulline is an amino acid that’s converted into l-arginine inside our body, which itself has been shown to help increase blood flow. However, there isn’t enough clinical evidence showing that l-citrulline can provide the human body with any measurable benefits.
What about the company’s claim that Vitalmax XT “works with the body’s intrinsic chemistry and tissue regeneration”?
The truth is that any supplement that delivers real-world results will work with your “body’s chemistry,” so this statement is devoid of any meaning. Furthermore, there’s nothing contained in the supplement that will regenerate tissue, so it doesn’t appear that this statement amounts to much more than empty marketing hype.
If Vitalmax’s ingredients won’t do any good, will they do any harm?
Possible Side Effects with Vitalmax XT
Fortunately, for most users, Vitalmax XT’s ingredients won’t cause any side effects. As such, if you experience anything at all, it probably won’t be worse than mild digestive upset.
Keep in mind, though, that the medical community doesn’t know enough about some of the supplement’s ingredients (like catuaba) to understand proper dosing, potential side effects, or safety with long-term use.
If Vitalmax XT won’t hurt your body, will it hurt your wallet?
How Much Does Vitalmax XT Cost?
Vitalmax XT is available in the following amounts:
- 1 Bottle (60 capsules): $59.99 plus $4.95 S&H
- 3 Bottles: $119.97 plus free S&H
- 5 Bottles: $188 plus free S&H
Regardless of how many you buy, all Vitalmax XT purchases come with a 100% money back guarantee. No time limit is listed, however, so we attempted to call customer service at (888) 896-6670 to verify. Unfortunately, we seemed to be on hold indefinitely, and eventually disconnected.
How does Vitalmax XT’s price compare to the competition? Is there even such a thing?
A Bit of Background About the Testosterone Supplements Industry
To date, the HighYa team has reviewed nearly 50 different products like Vitalmax XT, which fall into the broad testosterone supplements niche, including popular options like Spartagen XT, Alpha Limit, RexaVar, and many others. We’ve even written an in-depth guide about what kinds of results you can expect from common ingredients found in these supplements (hint: the clinical evidence generally isn’t strong).
Furthermore, feedback for these supplements often isn’t good. Don’t believe us? Pretty much anywhere you look (including here on HighYa), these supplements almost universally come with poor customer ratings, with most claiming they simply don’t work. Many also claim that canceling free trials and automatic shipments (neither of these are present with Vitalmax XT) is next to impossible, as is obtaining a refund.
Could Vitalmax XT be a glaring exception to this general rule? After all, it comes from a completely different company! Sure, we’re willing to admit there might be a chance. Do we think it’s likely, though? Probably not.
Are we coming down too hard on Vitalmax XT? Let’s find out as we wrap things up.
Will Vitalmax XT Maximize Your Vitality or Supersize Your Manhood?
In several areas on their website, the manufacturer wants you to believe that Vitalmax XT will increase your penis size. Frankly, this is complete baloney. Why? Because unless you undergo surgery—which might add less than an inch and expose you to some possibly severe side effects—there is no way to increase the length or width of your penis.
Sure, some prescription medications (like Viagra) help increase blood flow to the penis, which can result in fuller, firmer erections that might feel bigger. But all you’re doing in these instances is “maximizing your real estate;” not adding any size. Not to mention the fact that Vitalmax XT doesn’t contain any ingredients that will increase blood flow in the first place.
Considering this claim, along with Vitalmax’s list of clinically unsupported ingredients and relatively high price, means that we’re not convinced it’ll provide the most value for your hard-earned money. To do this, we’d recommend making an appointment with your doctor, who can address your needs based on your specific diagnosis.

Price of Vitalmax
I have not tried Vitalmax but I can speak to the price. The review mentioning comparing other drugs with Vitalmax. The price says that you get 60 tablets for $59.95, I personally take (when I can afford it.) Cialis which costs me $4.00 a pill per day. OUCH. Something needs to happen in the ED drug field to create something that works, is not controversial, and is reasonably price. There are no generics for Viagra or Cialis. So the price is out of reason.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
