Terrible!

If I could give no stars, I would. TERRIBLE customer service. We ended up canceling our order because they wouldn’t ever send the title application to the bank, and every time we called, we waited on hold for over an hour and still got nothing accomplished. We have talked to so many people, I couldn’t tell you their names, and nobody knows anything. They have the title to the car we were trading in and nobody in the entire Vroom company can do anything to get it mailed back to us. It has been a week now and still no title.

Don't do business with them! Customer service is absolutely terrible, worst of the worst.

Will buy with Vroom again

Vehicle purchase

No issues with picking out a vehicle, they have great selections. The only negative thing I have to say is that it's so hard to get help from customer service. You have to wait at the least 20 to 30 minutes on hold on the phone and hope that you get lucky enough for someone to pick up. Even when you opt-in for a call back no one ever calls you back.

Super easy process and fast shipping

Buying experience was really easy, and there was always someone I could reach if I had a question. The hardest parts of the experience were going to FedEx to overnight signed documents and waiting for my vehicle to arrive. I was a little worried when I found some old reviews about Vroom saying that shipping took quite a while, but that wasn't my experience at all. Super easy process, communicative salespeople, fast shipping, and happy customer!

No response, no contract

A negotiated deal was made and now 8 days later no contract and no response from Vroom. The customer service is terrible and very doubtful the deal will transpire.

I would give it at best zero on stars if available.

Easy selling process, great price

Very easy process. I filled out a few forms online and sent them photos, including the odometer reading. They quoted me a price that was very fair (it was actually more than what I paid for the car). I accepted their offer online. I was a little nervous about entering my bank info for direct deposit, but I'd used Plaid before so I did that, and am glad I did. I got paid within two business days of pickup. I had to get the lien info from my bank within a couple of days and emailed that in. They overnighted me a hardcopy POA form to sign, which I sent back and they scheduled my pickup a few days after they got the form.

My case was a little complicated because I was out of town and had designated my friend to hand over the keys. Then HE had to go out of town so he left it with his friend. But it all went smoothly in the end. Sergio in Phoenix handled my case personally and we got the job down. Two business days later I had the money in my bank account (minus the loan payoff), just as promised. Highly recommended!

Do not trust Vroom!

My car was delivered 1 and 1/2 weeks ago and the second day I had it, the dash warning lights came on and stayed on for about a week. Then it turned off. Then the next day I went to start the car and the battery was almost dead and I had a hard time starting it. Then I got in the car to drive today and the engine light came on and will not go out. I have only driven 855 miles and already have issues with the car. I need to speak with someone immediately in regard to this matter

Ok, now it has been over 4 days since I sent my last email for help from you. Prior to that I have called several times and no one has gotten back to me.

I got in my car today and it had trouble starting and the engine light is still on. I went to an auto parts store and they ran a check on the engine code and the car comes up with 3 different codes all saying that there is a evaporation leak. It also showed that my battery was bad and there was no wiper fluid in it. Since it was raining I had to use the windshield wipers and they were so bad I could barely see out the window. I had to spend over $200.00 to just make the car safe to drive.

So again my car needs repairs and I need to speak with someone to resolve these issues. I am attaching the receipts from today for your review to get reimbursed.

If possible, would give zero stars!

It took a month to get my car delivered. But more importantly, I bought my car 6 months ago and STILL don't have a clean title to get it registered in my state. Every 4 weeks I have to hold on the phone to get someone/anyone to start the process of another temporary tag. Customer service people are terrible and have canned responses that give no information.

Disgraceful

An absolute disgrace. I was sold a vehicle that they never looked over mechanically before selling. Oil was never changed – it arrived to me muddy and sludge-like. The engine has a loud knock. I took it to a shop the day after receiving and they deemed it as needing a brand new engine! There are 30k miles on this vehicle.

Now I am without a vehicle, without a way to get to and from work, without my $23k, AND they have the perfectly-working vehicle I traded in. Their answer: you have to wait out the process, it could be days, but oh well, walk where you have to go. Pathetic.

I am taking legal action and will be sure no one else goes through this garbage.
