About VXL Male Enhancement
The VXL Male Enhancement supplement system promises to deliver a variety of sexual benefits, including bigger and longer-lasting erections, a surge in sex drive and energy, intensified orgasms, improved stamina and staying power, and increased sexual confidence.
The supplement accomplishes this through a blend of dual-action, clinical strength herbal extracts and active botanicals that increase free testosterone levels and nitric oxide production in the penis.
We’re also told VXL contains a breakthrough rapid absorption and extended release technology that, combined, treats the root cause of sexual dysfunction, while boosting the 3S's of sex (size, stamina, and satisfaction). All of this without any harmful side effects.
Sexual dysfunction at any stage of life is frustration, but will VXL’s ingredients help you find a solution and achieve on-command erections? Let’s start by taking a look at what causes problems in the first place.
Sexual Dysfunction Basics
Cleveland Clinic tells us that the cycle of a satisfactory sexual experience typically involves four phases: excitement, plateau, orgasm, and resolution.
As such, they define sexual dysfunction as “a problem occurring during any phase of the sexual response cycle that prevents the individual or couple from experiencing satisfaction from the sexual activity.” In other words, at some point in this complex process, a problem occurs.
This can entail a lack of sexual desire (desire disorders), an inability to become physically aroused (arousal disorders), problems climaxing (orgasm disorders), or physical pain (pain disorders). These, in turn, can be caused by physical issues like some medications or medical conditions, or those that are psychological, such as stress and depression.
As mentioned on the VXL Male Enhancement website, one issue affecting men that can entail both physical and psychological aspects is erectile dysfunction (ED). Here, a man is unable to achieve or sustain an erection long enough to complete intercourse.
Sometimes, this condition can be caused by inadequate blood flood to the penis, so that it doesn’t fill the corpora cavernosa’s chambers enough for an erection. In fact, in addition to boosting testosterone hormones, this is exactly what VXL claims to do.
Taking a Closer Look at VXL Male Enhancement’s Ingredients
There wasn’t a label listed in the VXL website, although the following ingredients were shown as part of its ‘pro-sexual nutrient matrix’:
- Ginkgo Biloba Extract
- Muira Puama Extract
- Asian Red Ginger Extract
- Saw Palmetto Berry
- Horny Goat Weed Extract
Taking a look at authoritative sites like Examine.com, WebMD, and the Natural Medicines Database, they indicated that 5g of l-arginine per day has been shown to improve sexual function in men with ED. This is because it’s converted into nitric oxide (NO) inside the body, which can widen blood vessels and boost circulation.
Outside of this, they report that all of VXL’s remaining ingredients have insufficient clinical evidence showing them to be effective for any of the claims made by the supplement’s manufacturer.
Their website listed two different studies at the time of our research, intended to provide “evidence of a test, analysis, research, or study describing the benefits, performance or efficacy of epimedium based on the expertise of relevant professionals.” However, neither related to epimedium:
- A 2013 ingredient overview completed at the School of Biological Sciences; University of Hong Kong, which reported that some clinical evidence exists that ginseng may help address sexual dysfunction, especially in animals.
- A 2002 study showing that red Korean ginseng may help address erectile dysfunction.
While both of these specific studies are potentially positive, it’s important to reemphasize that the above authoritative sites indicated there’s an insufficient overall body of clinical evidence to support VXL’s promoted benefits.
Furthermore, since no dosages were listed on the website, we can’t be sure that the supplement contains the same level of l-arginine used in supporting studies. We reached out to the company for a copy of the label, and will update this article as soon as a response is received.
What About Potential VXL Side Effects?
Natural Medicines Database, WebMD, and Examine.com indicated that most of these ingredients are well-tolerated, with mild digestive upset noted as the most common side effect (no specific circumstances mentioned).
While no dosages were provided, either, they indicated that l-arginine can sometimes cause other side effects like allergies, worsening of asthma, and low blood pressure. Speaking of which, WebMD reports that the ingredient can have a moderate interaction with blood pressure medications.
In some instance, ginkgo may cause headache, dizziness, forceful heartbeat, and allergic skin reactions. Not enough is known about muira puama to gauge safety or possible side effects.
How Much Does the VXL Male Enhancement Supplement Cost?
The only way to purchase VXL was through the company’s 14-day trial. Here, you’ll pay $4.95 S&H to receive a full-size bottle and will have two weeks to decide if it’s right for you.
If you don’t cancel your trial, on the 14th day, you’ll be charged the full price of $92.71. You’ll also be enrolled in recurring shipments, meaning you’ll receive a new bottle once per month and charged $92.71 each time.
Important note: When speaking with customer service, we were informed that a bottle of Peak Test Extreme will be added to your order, which will cost $91.69 once the trial ends. This wasn’t noted anywhere on the VXL site or in the terms.
Speaking of the terms, it stipulates that "After the 15 day trial period, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted for a refund. All monthly recurring shipments must be canceled prior to billing date. Once monthly recurring has been billed, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted for refund."
In order to cancel your trial, stop your recurring shipments, or request a refund, VXL’s customer support department can be reached at 877-224-3877 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
How Can You Tell If the VXL Male Enhancement Supplement is Right For You?
Using search engines like Google Shopping and browsing marketplaces like Amazon, you’ll find there are perhaps thousands of male enhancement and sexual support supplements competing for the same customers as VXL—many of which feature the same core ingredients.
Price-wise, you’ll find just as much variation; some as low as $5, with others soaring all the way up to $75 or more, making VXL one of the most expensive male sexual supplements we encountered during our research.
Will you potentially get more results for the money with this specific brand? We didn’t test it ourselves to provide firsthand feedback, but based on what we learned from the medical sites above, except for l-arginine, there doesn’t seem to be enough evidence to say its ingredients will deliver the promised results.
WebMD adds to this other supplement ingredients that are supported by clinical evidence for addressing ED, including Panax ginseng, melatonan-II, and propionyl-l-carnitine. So, after discussing the situation with your doctor, you might also ask about these options as well, based on your diagnosis.
Another important aspect to discuss with a medical professional is the general lack of support for supplementation by organizations like the National Institutes of Health, other than for those who are deficient in the specific ingredients it contains.
If your doctor recommends supplementing your diet with a specific ingredient or two, here’s what to look for from the manufacturer:
- They have an online presence (ideally, a main website)
- Their supplements have a lot of customer feedback, most of which should be positive
- Their prices are more-or-less in line with the competition
- They offer a clear refund policy
- You’re able to speak with a live, helpful customer service representative
- There are no mandatory free trials or autoship programs
What’s the Bottom Line About VXL Male Enhancement?
On the upside, VXL’s website listed a clear refund policy at the time of our research, and we found their customer support personnel to be friendly and accommodating.
On the other hand, you can only purchase the supplement through a trial, this trial turns into an automatic shipping program, and it’s one of the most expensive male enhancement dietary products the HighYa team has reviewed to date.
Perhaps most importantly, other than perhaps l-arginine, sites like WebMD and the Natural Medicines Database report insufficient clinical evidence that any of VXL’s ingredients can deliver on any of the manufacturer’s claims.
And even for l-arginine, we’re not told if there’s enough to reliably provide the same results. As such, the representative we spoke with escalated our request for a supplement facts label, so we’ll be sure to update this article as soon as we hear back.
In the meantime, make that appointment with your healthcare professional, who can provide real-world information about how to address your ED or other sexual dysfunctions.

It's a RIPOFF! Your "free sample" will cost you $92.71. Their "customer service" people will fight you the whole way. After demanding to speak to a manager, I finally got half of my money back.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This is a real scam
If you order their "trial bottle," they do not tell you (except in really small print) that if you do not cancel in 14 days, they will charge you $100.00 for one bottle! Rip off!
On top of that, they want you to write a 180-character review for a bogus product. What kind of deal is that?
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
