About Wonder Core Max
Wonder Core Max introduces a workout device they claim is a 6-in-1 machine and a revolutionary method to exercise your entire core and give you flat, sizzling, hot, sexy abs. They say if you can lie back on a recliner, you can work out your abs in this “new” way.
Wonder Core Max appears to be a minor rebranding of the Wonder Core ab machine and a sibling of the Wonder Core Smart. Even though they all seem to be related, it’s unclear what company is behind these exercise products.
How Wonder Core Max Works
Wonder Core Max is basically a type of sit-up exercise machine. They tout its ergonomic design that provides cushioned support along your back, which appear to be sponge-coated lumbar rolls. They promise this makes Wonder Core Max extremely comfortable and will keep your neck and spine in place, preventing injury while you work out.
They also promote the fact that it has dual-resistance, which they state means it works your muscles both on the way up as well as down, doubling your workout in half the time. They add Wonder Core Max has a full 180-degree range of motion, which they claim means you can target your core like never before.
Wonder Core Max comes with 3 resistance levels and they say it can be used for 6 different workouts. They list these as: regular crunch, “reverse” crunch, lower ab press, lower ab tucks, oblique twists, and upper body stretch.
To use Wonder Core Max, select the level of resistance and follow the instructions on the DVD or exercise guide. They proudly exclaim you can target your core abdominal muscles with laser-like precision and you will blast away love handles, becoming ripped and toned in the process.

Wonder Core Max Pricing, Shipping, and Returns
There are two ways to purchase Wonder Core Max. You can decide to try Wonder Core Max $14.95 for 30 days and the shipping and handling is “free.” But if you decide within that 30-day period to return it, you have to pay to ship it back to them and they also hold on to your $14.95. If you do keep it, you will then be billed 3 monthly payments of $49.95 making the total $179.75.
Or, you can pay one payment of $164.80, which includes free shipping; this will give you 60 days to try Wonder Core Max and they will issue a full refund if requested (but you will still have to pay to ship it back to them).
Wonder Core Max comes with a 1-year warranty if you do the monthly payments and 3 years if you pay at once, minus shipping product back to the manufacturer for repairs (they pay to ship it back).
Bottom Line: Is Wonder Core Max a Scam?
There is no information about the company that sells Wonder Core Max and we can’t find any verifiable customer reviews about it. This may or may not indicate Wonder Core Max is a worthwhile product. However, we feel we should point out:
- If you don’t like it, you will have to pay for the return shipping of the product, which could be expensive.
- Warranty does not cover shipping product back to manufacturer for service.
- Wonder Core Max really seems to only have one moving padded exercise lever, which you can use for sit-ups or leg-lifts; the other exercises they claim it does don’t really involve any special parts of the machine.
- This machine only targets your tummy area. For a full workout, you will need other machines or exercises. (A proper diet won’t hurt, either, otherwise your 6-pack abs may still be hidden under a layer of fat.)
