About Your Better Tomorrow
Your Better Tomorrow is a quit smoking hypnotherapy CD series that promises to provide 100% safe, natural, and guaranteed results. All you have to do is sit back, close your eyes, and listen to the voice of their “highly skilled and professional” hypnotherapist.
Compared to a lot of other products and programs, the company claims that Your Better Tomorrow offers a long-term solution to smoking cessation by helping “change your self-image at a core level.” They also claim it’s so effective that you may even quit smoking forever after just the first session!
Your Better Tomorrow isn’t just useful for cigarettes, though, as it can also help individuals quit using cigars, chewing tobacco, and even marijuana.
As you read through the Your Better Tomorrow website, a lot of questions probably started popping into your mind: Is quitting smoking—something you’ve probably been battling for years—really as easy as listening to a CD? Just what is hypnotherapy, anyway? Are there better options for me?
Let’s start answering these question by finding out what hypnotherapy is and what kinds of results you can realistically expect using it.
What Is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is a mental state whereby a person experiences “extreme suggestibility, relaxation, and heightened imagination.” In a formal setting, hypnosis is often induced using suggestions from a trained practitioner, which accesses a patient’s subconscious. Once achieved, a hypnotized person will often report feeling relaxed and uninhibited.
Thus, when hypnosis is used in a therapeutic context, it’s known as hypnotherapy.
Now, there’s a lot of discussion around hypnosis and it’s not fully understood how it happens (or why some people can be hypnotized, while other cannot), although the field of psychiatry does have a basic model of how it works.
These details are largely outside the scope of this review, but suffice it to say that we all experience some form of self-hypnosis each day, whether we’re involved in a redundant task (like mowing the lawn) or engrossed in a good book or suspenseful movie.
The big question here is: Can an individual’s suggestibility while under hypnosis be used to help them quit smoking?
Can Hypnotherapy Help You Quit Smoking?
As we just discussed, about 1 in 4 individuals cannot be hypnotized, so if you’re among this 25%, hypnosis-based smoking cessation programs won’t work.
As for the other 75%? According to WebMD, “When successful, the intensity of hypnosis can vary from person to person,” which means you might have more (or less) success using Your Better Tomorrow than someone else.
The medical community largely doesn’t have a position on the use of hypnosis, as study results have been mixed. There is, however, a lot of anecdotal evidence showing that hypnosis might help some of us stop smoking, so your mileage may vary.

Are There Any Your Better Tomorrow Reviews?

Is Your Better Tomorrow a Scam?
After reviewing thousands products over the years, the HighYa team understands that the word ‘scam’ isn’t something that should be thrown around haphazardly, since it implies intentional deceit. To this extent, do we think Your Better Tomorrow meets the definition of a scam? No.
However, if we’re being honest, Your Better Tomorrow’s free trial and autoship details weren’t exactly front and center on their website during our research, so we could foresee customers having to dig around a little to learn exactly what they’re getting themselves into. Refund details were buried even deeper in the Terms & Conditions, where very few consumers would know to look.
This—along with the fact that clinical evidence showing the efficacy of hypnotherapy remains mixed—means that we think you should explore all your options before settling on Your Better Tomorrow. In fact, you can find free smoking-related hypnotherapy resources online, including apps for smartphones and tablets!
Also, remember that quitting smoking is a very personal process, so if you find that one option doesn’t work, keep trying others (such as patches, gums, prescription medications, etc.). There’s no doubt that it takes a lot of effort, but your body will thank you!

I canceled my membership and the next day they still charged me. I tried calling, but the phone number doesn't work. They sent something to me a few days later. I haven't opened it because I still want my money returned, and they can have whatever it is that they sent me that is apparently worth $85. It was pending at the time, so my bank couldn't do anything about it, but now it's gone through, and I'm going back to the bank to find out how to get my money back.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This is a total scam!
Buyer beware. This is a total scam. Ignorant me for not reading the fine print and allowing them to enroll me in their "membership" but, I ordered the original $1.99 cd to try it, then I received an additional product and saw the charge on my credit card, the company refused to do a refund. You have 30 days in which to return the product and get refunded, which I tried but, they refused.
This is supposed to be a company that sells products to help people, a company that pretends to care about people but, all I have found them to be are thieves and liars.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
