    Introductory offer is a scam

    • Chicago, IL,

This company is offering introductory product purchases for their eye cream and their anti-aging cream. Both products arrived, and then 14 days later, your credit card is charged for the "entire purchase," whereas the entire purchase is full-price for the two items you received at the introductory price. If you call their customer service, they will "allow you to return the product, for a $30 restocking fee" or you can take a "$110 credit" from the $140 they charge you in uplift.

This is a SCAM. Don't buy the introductory products!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Total scam and dangerous product

I ordered the cream for face to try, then they tacked on the eye one. I notified them immediately but was still charged the $150. Why? Because the email they gave went to some doctor in Indiana who has been inundated with emails from angry customers. I called their number many times, but no one answered. I am ALSO out $450 for having to go to Emergency Room because the eye cream caused flashing and spots on the side of my eye. In other words, symptoms of a detached retina.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This is a scam. They get you to buy the $6 product, but don’t mention you will be charged $79.00 every month after that. I had to cancel my credit card because I couldn’t get anyone to answer their phones.

    Wary consumer!

I haven't tried the product yet, but when I received it and realized the autoship, etc., I immediately canceled it. No problem. So I was only out the $4.95.

I think by asking to speak to a supervisor puts the customer service people in high gear and you receive better results. I got many apologies and no further charges.

    Scam

Terrible customer service; very rude. They are ripoff artists. BE AWARE, you will get repeated $80 charges for 1 oz of cream! The product is mediocre at best. They will tell you that you agreed to these charges when you asked for your $4.95 trial. If you persist, they will try to only refund you half of your money. I have issued a cancelation via email, but when I talked to them on the phone, they stated that you can only cancel via phone. Its a total scam.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Cream and customer service

This cream doesn't work at all. This company just steals people's money, and if you return the product, even if wasn't opened, you get charged for it. And it takes a month to get only 80% of the actual price. And customer service is the worst because they'll tell you they don't have anything to do with it and to just deal with it.

    Awful. Do NOT do it!

This stuff is terrible, and the company is totally trying to take people's money.

It smells awful, they have terrible customer service, they trick you into signing up for a monthly shipment, and they charge outrageously.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Scammed by Ziladerm

    • Scottsdale, AZ,
    • May 21, 2018

I received an email depicted themselves as being with my credit card company, Bank of America, offering a free trial of their face cream and eye cream. I only had to pay for shipping. I received my first shipment, assuming it was my free gift from BofA for customer appreciation. I didn't like it and gave it to a friend. I then went on vacation for two months. My credit card was paid automatically while I was gone. When I returned home, I had another shipment of Zila, and my credit card statements billing me a total of $299.70.

I called immediately and had to speak to a supervisor who finally agreed to credit me 100% only after I threatened to dispute with BofA and contacting their local Better Business Bureau. When I contacted BofA, the had credited me with only one month, $149.85. I called back and was told that is all I was going to get. I, in fact, had only 19 days to try the first shipment and had to return it if I did not want it, or I would be signed up for monthly shipments. Not only did they depict themselves as BofA to start, I saw nothing about these terms in the original email, and no quotes as the cost of the creams.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Customer service sucks/rip off.

The product is fine, but they treat their customers with total disrespect. I called the company before the ending of my product trial to ask when my trial run will be over, how much the remaining product would be, and to take me off the monthly program. Consequently, I received a package from them without any written information. I went online, wrote in their return address, and got a phone number for a doctor's office. I got an email address, sent data there, including the wrong phone number. A month later, I got another package, got their number from my bank account and called.

Results: They had no record of my canceling, I should not have sent info by email, wrong address (I got an email address from the return address envelope as well), I will not be reimbursed for last month because there is a 30 day return period, and basically it's all my fault and I am the screw up. They responded that their phone number is on the product in an area you are completely unable to read due to small print in an area that is see through. They said they could read it with no problem. I defy anyone to say they can read their phone number on their product! Plus, they should provide info IN the package itself especially if they stand behind their product.

How petty this company is. Here I went to all this trouble with looking info up and it did not matter at all because I was just another stupid customer trying to rip them off, and how dare I question them! I would not deal with this company, not because of their product, but their lack of professionalism, and complete disrespect for their customers!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
