This product has helped me with the constipation that I had in the last week. I feel more energy to do my things and I am not feeling so hungry. I think it is helping me and I hope I feel much better.

I am so pleased with the Bio Complete 3. I have been struggling with IBS symptoms as I age (nearing 66), and none of the OTC probiotics seemed to help. It was limiting my ability to do the things I like, as I always needed to be sure there was a bathroom nearby. Super annoying! I tried Bio Complete 3, and I am thrilled to report all things functioning normal again. I am back to being me.

I have taken a probiotic on and off for several years and encourage others to take them also. After having COVID in December 2020 and having diarrhea for 2 weeks, I felt like my gut was a little off. Bloating and digestion issues seemed to bother me most days. I knew that I needed help and had listened to Dr. G's messages in the past. So when the opportunity was right in front of me on one of his videos, I placed an order for Bio Complete 3.

I have been taking 4 capsules a day for about 3 weeks now. All of my symptoms have calmed down. No more bloating or indigestion or discomfort now. I look like I have lost weight and have my waist and midriff back to normal. I need to go back and read all the emails from Dr. Gundry because I think one of them said to take 3 capsules now. I have been on vacation the last couple of months in Florida and plan to head home to Indiana soon.

I had diarrhea for 6 months straight, often going up to 10 times a day, running to the bathroom. Often I would have to go 4 times within a 25-minute window. My doctor had me try Metamucil, that helped a little bit, but not much. Then my doctor had me try an Rx, that made me constipated and bloated and pain with the bloating. Then I tried Bio Complete 3 and that helped. Then I added in Metamucil along with the Bio Complete 3 and the diarrhea is gone. I still have to go about 3-4 times after waking up (gravity is a bixxx), but the rest of the day goes pretty well. It hasn't cleared up the urgency of having to go yet, but each week it gets a little better. I am nearing finishing off my first bottle.

I have been taking the product Bio Complete 3 for 3/4 of the first bottle, 4 pills in the morning with my supplements (different vitamins). I am 40 years. I have experienced more BMs during the day and a bit of extra energy. I have a better overall feeling but have been breaking out with some zits. This could be from extreme environments I work in but definitely a difference. I will know more when I finish my third bottle. Gut health is key to keeping the toxins out of your body. I have had an American diet and life with no extra help in this regard for my whole life. So I am waiting to see if all the good effects that are expressed with this scientific supplement are what it is cracked up to be. I have also had bad heartburn and have to take a belly pill every day or two to not have that so I am wanting to see if this cures that. To be continued...

I must admit that I am only guessing that taking 4 capsules of Bio Complete 3 per day has improved having a regular bowel movement. I feel more confident of not having big surprises which had been a problem before.

I plan to keep using this product until all six bottles are consumed. We'll see where we go from there.
