Active-PK

After ordering your Active-PK about 2 months ago, it seems to be working on reducing my belly fat, but more time needed to be sure after just 4-6 weeks. However, in addition to making sure I take 2 PK pills every morning an hour or so before eating on an empty stomach, I've also slightly reduced my food intake. Again, to be sure, I'll give it another 1 or 2 months.

I was startled how quickly my stomach feels better with the help of Active-PK and the enzymes. I have been bloated for 2 to 3 years. No doctor has been able to help. One physician had me on probiotics and enzymes but they were poorer grades and it did not help.

I've only been taking this for 3 weeks and have been on an extended trip all that time. I have had more energy but haven't lost any weight yet. Hoping when I get home to a more regular schedule I will drop some of the extra weight.

I have been taking this for about 4 weeks. The hardest part is remembering to take it first thing in the morning. I am on other medications and need to schedule what I take, and when I take them.

I am feeling more energized, haven't needed a nap in weeks. Waiting for some lab work to check on my cholesterol. I am trying to get a healthier lifestyle. I think the Active-PK has made the changes easier.

I have mild arthritis - the condition that affects my life - not too much but anyway...I’ve been using Active-PK for a while. I can say it works! Going up and down stairs with no problem and it's getting better. I am 62, but pretty active - gym 4-5 days a week, working for my business, gardening, playing badminton with my grandson, etc.

Male, 69 years old, 6 feet, 230.

I'm not sure what I expected to feel or what I really expected to happen. My routine is simple. Get up about 5:30 M-F, take 2 pills with my morning meds (vitamins, allopurinol, Aleve,) and then off for a light walk and workout (45 min). A morning snack of red bell pepper. Lunch of tortilla, cheese, and bacon, PM snack of red bell pepper, dinner chicken/other meat, light vegs. Average about 10K steps per day.

Results: Waist tightened by about an inch in 3 weeks. Weight down about 5 lbs.

Started at 230; now at 225. Avg 7+ hours of sleep per night.

I am on my second bottle. I didn't notice any change with the first bottle. With the second bottle, my stomach is so noticeable smaller. I still have more fat to shrink, but delighted with results so far.

I am not exercising or changing my diet in any way. Can't wait for the results of my second and third bottle. I tried so many different ways to reduce my stomach that didn't work. I am amazed by my results with the Active-PK.

Hard to tell if there’s been a significant difference as I’ve been on health/weight loss plan for 5 months and lost 15 lbs before starting on the Active-PK. I think it is helping as I’d been on a plateau before starting PK and lost maybe a pound and a half over the last couple of weeks...I will continue using PK in hopes that I will keep making progress in my weight loss/health/more energy mission!

I started the product on September 1st this year. I take it around 6 am every morning on an empty stomach. It smells like tea when I put it in my mouth. I try to take 8 ounces of water with it. No problem digesting it. I usually wait another hour before eating my breakfast. I have not changed my eating habits. After two weeks, I noticed that my upper belly that is usually extended like a shelf and very tight has shrunk down and is pliable. No stiff fat in that area. I think it is dissolving the fat. However, my weight is still about the same, 204 pounds. I am diabetic and am on dialysis three days a week for four hours each day. So, I do have a lot of fluid on me that has to be taken off. I bought this product, Active-PK, in hopes to lose weight. However, I need to talk to my dietitian about my diet. I am pleased with the performance of this product so far and I hope to see more changes in the next two weeks.

I am a 71-year-old lady with severe back problems. My activity level is not very high because of my back. I do not let my back issues stop me; I work until it is really bothersome and then I sit for 10 or 15 minutes and then back to work again. It takes me a lot longer to get things done but I am determined not to stop. My original thought to purchase the pills was to help me lose some weight. Previously I lost 50 lbs but then leveled off. I know that weighing less would be beneficial to my health and better for my back. I have just finished my first 30 days on the pills but so far I have not lost any weight. I am still hopeful that it will start coming off soon. I do seem to have more energy.
