Don't waste your money. This does not work, at least not for me. Have attempted to use for over two months and unless I am a foot away from my dog I use it at he just continues to bark. Have used commands when this close and it still doesn't work. Too bad I can't get a refund on a defective product.

Placed an order through the Australian website on the 3rd of June 2020. Did not receive a confirmation email but not sure if the email address was on order as auto-filled my info. Tried to email the USA email address. Email immediately rejected. Tried to email Australian email, rejected a day later. Tried to email again after that and a day later again that third email rejected. Credit card debited considerably more than price however when I contacted credit card provider they suggested that the price was likely to be in USA dollars not Australian dollars. Terms and conditions on the website indicate no responsibility for the company for anything. I am now suspecting a fraudulent website and that our money has been lost.

Does not work. Two emails and one phone call for refund ignored. Cheaply made. Battery connections do not fit the battery. Never again. Unknowledgeable customer service. Under consumer law the product is supposed to do that what it is advertised to do. I would add more to satisfy your need for characters but I have said it all.

I always thought these types of devices were a joke. I have a 3-year-old Pomeranian who loves to alert me when anything is out of order, she would bark non-stop when we had visitors and telling her "NO BARK" sternly was not working. So, one evening I saw an ad for BarxBuddy and it was something like 50% off and free shipping - I thought what the heck, can't hurt to try it. I was amazed, within a week she no longer barks at people or anything else. Now all I have to do is let her see it and she won't bark. My brother-in-law was surprised at the transformation and ask for info on BarxBuddy to give to a friend. The downside, she doesn't bark now to tell me when someone is here. Love it.

So I ordered, took a while to come. No instructions in the box. Battery hard to install as connectors tucked away back to front so had to twist them around without disconnecting wires behind. Either I have a dud one or it’s useless. Doesn’t do anything. Have two dogs who bark a lot.

I purchased a BarxBuddy and yes I was a little concerned too but the thing actually works. My dog barks at the TV non-stop, well, not anymore - point, aim, press button, he stops instantly! Wonderful little gadget!

It works great and met my expectations. I think I will be recommending to other people. I have more control over my dog not only in barking but also training him in other behaviors as well like not destroying the furniture, and not to pick up garbage and hosts of other behavior patterns.

I have two chihuahua mixes and they bark at anything going past the house. And their bark is very high pitched. They are too small for bark collars and yelling at them didn't work. So when I saw this product I was hopeful. With the first time I used it they responded by stopping their barking. It works. Now all I have to do is pick it up. And it stopped the neighbor's dog from barking at me. Love this product.

Really fast service, loved the comments from others that purchased. We haven't tried yet as the little monster has not barked or whined since the package was delivered! Hope we never need to use, but have it if we do.

Yes, I like my BarxBuddy. Two of my dogs perked up instantly when I turned it on. So I know it is working.

I have to be careful as I had no instructions that came with it. I do not want the red laser to harm them, so I have to be careful to not to use it close to their eyes.

I will enjoy learning to use it to train all 3 of my dogs to stop barking when someone rings the doorbell.

And when my 2-year-old Australian Shepherd Husky tries to jump up on someone. I will see if that will help even though this product is supposed to stop barking! But I will try it on him!

I received my BarxBuddy just a few days ago. I was surprised to see that it came with its own 9-volt battery. I installed it immediately. I have dogs and 3 of them are Chihuahuas and they bark a lot and very loud. I used it starting from the same day that I received it and they all stopped barking as soon as I pushed the button. And as they started barking again after a few seconds I pushed it again. I did that several times and each time they stopped and continued to remain quiet finally once they realized that that noise would begin again if they barked. It will take a while for them to be trained to not bark any more when company arrives and leaves.
