I have 2 German Shepherds and 3 dogs that are direct neighbors, I attempted to use it for barking, pulling on a walk, whining in the car on the way to the park, didn't work at all, not once. I attempted to email support multiply times and all my emails were returned/rejected, I plan to call the phone number tomorrow. On top of that, they double charged me and then gave me a refund for a lesser amount, overcharging me $20 after I used the $10 off coupon.

I haven't even had the BarxBuddy a week yet, but the results right from the beginning have been incredible! My dog isn't really even a barker, but she needed to learn not to jump and push, when to drop what she shouldn't have, and other bad behaviors. She responded instantly. She is becoming an angel and she isn't being harmed in any way. I think she loves me more now! And I her.

The light feature comes on constantly but the whistle either didn't work at all or had no effect on my dogs. I have had 10 dogs in the last 20 years, with 4 currently, and have always had products like this work. Needed a new one and saw this. Easy to return and customer service was very nice, however, I am responsible for shipping both ways ($16 total). Not worth it for an item that may be broken. Will not recommend.

I have expected to receive this device to stop my dog from barking. Coming from? Where on earth is it coming from? It seems like a swindle to me at the moment. You seem to have good processes in place, were considerate in making sure the purchase was cochere but I am most disappointed that it hasn't yet arrived. Please explain or send me another if you feel the original purchase has gone astray for some reason.

Works well with barking dogs (we have two), but it only distracts because of the lights. It does not really train or discourage them from barking. Not sure I would purchase if I knew in advance from someone who had one and told me what it does.

I cannot open the back where the batteries go so I don't even know if I have to buy batteries. There is an arrow that points upward, I can't do it, please advise. I will ask a male friend if he can open the compartment. I am not able to work with my dog as of yet. I cannot give a positive or negative review until I can open the batteries compartment.

I have 2 dogs who bark loudly whenever anyone comes to the door. Because we have a very high ceiling and they bark so loudly you couldn't hear yourself think! The BarxBuddy worked just great! I only had to do it a couple of times before they stopped doing it. I could not believe my dogs were so silent! This is a great training tool, and I highly recommend it to anyone who experiences the same problems I did. The price was great, it worked well, and it doesn't hurt the dogs, which is of utmost importance to me! Thank you!

When my dogs start to get a little rough this snaps them out of it. I've had good luck with similar products and thought I would try this one, works great.

I have noticed the 1st day with BarxBuddy that my boys have stopped barking immediately when I would use this as a training tool! Best product, have recommended to others! Now if I just show them BarxBuddy they stop barking!

When I received the device, I was a bit skeptical. I opened it and installed the battery. I care for my little grand dog who is a mini Shih Tzu and is a habitual barker and growler when a stranger approaches. I pointed the remote at him and pressed the button. He immediately sat and stopped barking. I was amazed! I then proceeded to test it further and gave a command to come. He usually just sits and looks at me, but he got up and came over and sat by my feet. I have since showed and demonstrated to my neighbors and they were going to place their orders. Now, I don't even have to push the button. He just sees me pick it up and quickly falls in line. Thank you...you have a winner!

At first I thought another usless item to add to my many purchases to stop my dog from barking. When it arrived I was excited to use it. It's going to take time but actually she has quieted down and as soon as I pick up the device, she looks at it and remains calm.

So far this is the best one and like I mentioned you have to be consistent with it.
