Dear Sir or Madam,
I ordered a BarxBuddy unit and my credit card was billed a total of $74.90. After ordering it I realized I purchased the same item a few months ago. It had no effect whatsoever on my dog so I chalked it up as a lesson learned and put it away. I forgot all about it until it was too late to cancel my order.
How do I go about returning this item and will I get a full refund. When things like this happen it is a warning that I should stop shopping online!
Please advise me where I should send this unit to for a refund! Thank you!
P.S. "Bottom Line" I assume it has been very successful on other dogs - just not mine. I would recommend to a friend - always worth a try!
