I have been very happy with this product. It is delivered each month without having to think about it. I wanted to change my order early on. I did contact customer service. The call back with answers was fast and helpful.

I would like to be able to order the Overnight Underwear with more choices. I do not need 60, maybe 40 every month. I prefer to wear a pad during the day so I would like to order both at the same time.

True confession, I had tried another brand before trying Because. The brand was made of plastic with ruffling at the legs. They were adequate in their absorbency but I found them cumbersome and uncomfortable. I saw an offer for Because so I hoped they would serve me better! I was pleasantly surprised for the fabric was soft and comfortable to wear under slacks and dresses. I found them to be true to size. They were absorbent, so I felt confident when I was on outings where it longer to find a restroom.

I tried many other brands. Because is the best. Fits well, with no minor leaks, no irritations. Holds a good amount of urine.
