Hello Bespoke!

You offer a wonderful service for buying a gift for a man that already has seemingly everything! Your product is high quality and very unique! When I needed extra assistance with the website and other details I was ready for the usual delay, no response and possibly someone from a foreign country that would probably not be familiar with the website/product or be able to provide the assistance I needed. HOW WRONG I WAS! I received courteous, informative and patient answers to all of my questions. I just wanted to let you know this as I really value customer service and will definitely be doing business and referrals in the future!

I just want to thank the team at Bespoke for being so attentive to my needs and my orders! I picked the wrong package and they were able to fix it immediately. Very rare nowadays to find companies with such detail to there customer needs like this! Thanks again guys.

I have been a Bespoke Post customer for a while now, and I am always impressed by the product quality and thoughtfulness that goes into to each of their boxes. I haven't had a month go by that there wasn't something worth having in my selections.

When I first signed up I wasn’t sure what to expect. The products seem cool, but do they work? Are they cheaply made? What kind of suggested items would I be shown? These were my top questions. The first box was my choice, packaged arrived and I was happy with my choice. Next month’s picks came out, wasn’t something I was really interested in, so I skipped it, no problem. Since then the choices have been better and if it’s not what’s suggested I usually see a different box to try. All the products have been good and something I was happy with as well. Overall it’s been a good experience!

I'm not sure where to start. I've been a subscriber for some time now and have a collection of some of the most practical awesome and useful items you can imagine. Really just great. Also, the customer service couldn't be better. I love Bespoke Post.

I tell ya, Bespoke has once again impressed me.

First, I've never had a delivery issue with this company. Then it happened on Memorial Day weekend, I received a package that wasn't mine and didn't receive the package I ordered/paid for. I anticipated a lengthy recovery process but instead was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response I received via their customer service text line.

Boom, problem handled, plus they were all in on letting me keep the items I received that I didn't order.

I have placed about six orders with Bespoke Post over the last several months, and it’s been an awesome experience every time to shop with them.

There was an item that I was considering purchasing, but I had a question about it.

I reached out to Customer Service using the “Text” option, and within 8 minutes, a representative texted me back and answered my question completely and thoroughly. What an amazing response time!
