As with most supplements, the body takes time to sort out the supplement and how it can work in the body so an overnight result is not feasible. I have been taking 1 pill each morning with food. It has a good mix of other vitamins in it than just the hyaluronic acid and saw palmetto. I don't expect a wonder magic change but I am seeing my face being a bit rejuvenated and my breakouts are reducing and the scars from previous zits are healing faster and better than before! I just hope over time it will slow the wrinkles from coming and maybe even repair the wrinkles I currently have to be much smaller! I have a happier disposition with these every day and a bit more energy and less 3 pm energy-zapping nap time thing.
