I tried my product religiously and followed all the instructions given to me on the brochure. I kept trying the product every night for 120 days and the before and after photos did not erase one single small line. None whatsoever.

So I got the next shipment the following month and I continued to do the same Daly and nightly routine. Nothing happened for 120 days. By then I realized that it was a scam. So I called customer service and they told me that I was the first person that the cream had not worked. SCAMMERS. I request my money back by by now some stupid people like me have been taken.

I bought the three month supply of the crepe cream. I've been using according to the package direction since I received it on or around 06/10/2016. I have used two full jars and started on my third. I have seen absolutely no results. At 52 years old, my wrist, above my knees and my neck have all started to get a little crepe and I wanted to combat it before it got really bad. The product smells amazing and does provide moisture, but it has not altered the appearance of my crepe skin at all.

They sent a complimentary jar of the Lift and Firm which I have been using too. I also started taking Collagen around the same time so I can't tell if the results are from their product or the Collagen but my jowls do seem a little better.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I am a 58 year old physical educator, outdoor educator and modern dance teacher. I am outside a lot and have sun damage. I don't have the money for a face/neck lift and I was disappointed in some of the firming products out there. I tried this being very skeptical - giving it 4 weeks.

I am very pleased with the results. The other products I have tried do not match up and I have tossed them. I will keep using this product. My neck skin is much firmer. My sides of my face are much firmer and more sculpted too. Great product.

This is a nice cream, that is light and absorbs well, and does seem to offer some, at least temporary, hydration. I like that it is cruelty free and that I had no adverse reactions, as I have extremely sensitive skin. That said, after using it faithfully, I did not see any results. When you first apply it, you get excited, because it does seem to make a difference, but after a few minutes, that fades. I'd hoped that with continued use, I'd see a difference, but I didn't. Disappointed. It's a nice light cream that absorbs well, but didn't deliver on the results.

This is an unbiased review as I did not pay for this, it was given to me by my mom, who said they put her on auto ship without her authorization, but instead of sending it back, she gave it to me to try. I have been using it for almost six months twice a day, and there is zero change in my skin, except it got six months older. The six dollar cream I bought worked just as well. Save your money for your face lift, you will still need it even if you use this cream.

I used there dark spot remover and their crepe correcting lotion. I used as directed twice everyday for their trial period. The crepe correcting lotion I applied to the right side of my body but used the left side as a control. After 60 days I saw absolutely no difference in the right side compared to the left. The dark spot remover did nothing. The only positive was that they did refund my money without any problem. I believe companies like these make their money just from the vast majority of people that probably never ask for a refund. Too busy, too shy, forgot to call before the expiration, etc.

I am desperate to find a product to help my underarm crepe-like skin. I do not have fat, just the wrinkled lines. I tried the lift and firming cream religiously for two months. I completely adhered to the directions as I want it to work so very much.

After the full 60 days, there was no difference. Nothing. Not even a very good moisturizer, so I had to rate it a one star.

Expensive lesson learned.

I purchased the Dermal Repair Complex and chose to buy three bottles at a discounted price for buying multiples. I have been taking two capsules each morning and not sure if they are actually working but they do ask you to wait between 30 and 60 days to see the effect.

So far, so good, until this morning. I got a notice from PayPal that they had paid the price of the three bottles ($91.80) this month as well as having paid it last month. ANGER! Having been burned before, I had checked and rechecked that this was not an auto-delivery program. I had figured that if they seemed to work, I could order another three month supply. I went to the site and chat room and was informed that they had a receipt that they could send me where I had signed up for the recurring shipments. WRONG!

Ultimately I was credited the $91.80, and the next shipment was canceled. If they have a good product why do they have to go to such lengths to bamboozle the consumer? Started my day off with a BANG!

I originally purchased a short term supply of this product to test if it worked for me. I was extremely happy and noticing visible results. I decided to jump in and purchase a six-month supply. When I called to place my order, I was told that it was out of stock but that they were receiving a new shipment very soon. When I finally received my order, the first thing I noticed was the slight difference in the color/appearance of the supplements. I thought it must be a packaging concession and continued taking the supplements daily. The new batch order was a complete disappointment. It was not the same quality of product and did not produce the same effects as my first order. I can only speculate that the new batch used inferior products and would no longer recommend these supplements to anyone.

I purchase a lot of the crepe product...it did not work for me. I was also sidelined with some major health issues so it was not a priority to get a refund since I purchased and was told money-back guaranteed. They are not honoring it at all...in any way. So they laugh all the way to the bank...and I still have my skin issue and I'm out kits if money on top. Buyer beware.
