I’ve used other clothing curating companies before, by far I’ve had the best experience with Bombfell. Janell was very helpful and responded quickly and politely. She addressed my concerns and resolved the questions I had. My stylist knows my style, and I love that. I love the materials used in the clothing. They have brands that are designed and sometimes manufactured in the United States.

I believe I have been using Bombfell for more than a year now I believe. I am currently happy with my orders. If I need an extension due to my constant travels, they are more than happy to try to assist me in any way they can. Bombfell is the bomb.

Simply put, I hate going to the mall to shop for clothes. For years, this has meant a problem for me staying current with fashions and trends. Yet, along came Bombfell to save my day. Easy to use and completely interactive, Bombfell's website gets to know me (and I mean all the nuances of me!) in order for the stylist to make some suitable, fashionable, and modern recommendations to update my wardrobe. Well worth the $20 styling fee...hands down! Imagine my surprise when a pair of stylishly fun socks showed up in my box with Denver Broncos colors...just in time for the Super Bowl. While the Broncos never made it into postseason, my stylist scored a touch down with this subtle, but meaningful understanding of the man I am and the way I dress.

Recently joined Bombfell. I have really enjoyed the stylist choices and they keep getting better with each shipment. I received an item that I really liked but had a material flaw. I have used Bombfell for years and love them both for the products and service they provide, as well as the incredible customer service. I rarely have issues but when I do, they are resolved immediately. For example, I recently had an issue with the shipping label. I emailed customer service and Martha from Bombfell got back to me within minutes to fix the issue. Thank you!

I have been using Bombfell for about 6 months. I wanted to update my wardrobe without having to deal with shopping.

Overall I have been very happy with the service. I would guesstimate that I keep about half of the clothing that is sent. It took a couple of boxes for my stylist to figure me out, but after that things have been good. I struggle the most with getting good fitting pants from Bombfell, but that is more about my body shape than their selections.

Recently I wore a shirt I got from Bombfell over three months back for the first time. I was on a trip to a warmer area and needed some short sleeve options. The shirt looked great, but after the first wash, I found a defect on the collar. I contacted Lilly at Bombfell and she informed me that the shirt was beyond the normal return period. However, she offered to give me a store credit in the full amount of the shirt. I thought this was very reasonable considering the circumstances.

I plan to continue using Bombfell on at least a quarterly basis.

I hadn’t been able to get to a FedEx location for my one return and missed my deadline. I emailed and informed them I would be sending it three next day asked them to please advise if this was ok. Within 15 minutes I received a response from Martha that that would be ok and she thanked me for letting her know. Great service and quick response. Very personable.

I received great customer service from Megan at Bombfell. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my husband's account due to his passing away. On top of that, an order had just been sent out to our old address and I had no way of returning it.

Megan was prompt, provided quick resolution, and most of all, very nice in first expressing her condolences for my loss. With all the things I have to handle, it is a relief to run across a vendor who was actually helpful. I would greatly recommend Bombfell.
