I was thinking about getting a hair transplant for several years then finally one day I was shoveling snow I came in took my hat off, and some more of my hair had fallen out. It was that day that I called and made an appointment. I sat with Mark, and he explained everything in detail to me. He was extremely helpful and upfront with the procedure.

The day of the procedure went unbelievably smooth. From the time I walked in, EVERY person from the front desk to the doctor to the nurses to the person sweeping the floor where so professional and courteous and actually seemed like they enjoy doing their job. After the procedure, I followed up to get the stitches removed, same experience.

It has been approximately 9 months and my hair looks GREAT. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about getting a hair transplant to go to Bosley; you won’t be disappointed.

Bait and switch with surgeons without notice on the day of the procedure. Poor communication with office staff and what I was promised as far as the amount of grafts I should receive changed from consult and on day of procedure by approximately 30%, and after I put down the deposit. Beware.

I had a wonderful experience with the Boston office. First with Mike Kouri, who answered all of my questions and concerns and even went out of his way to put several words in French as I am from Montreal, Canada. He answered my emails and phone calls promptly. The procedure itself was painless during and after; I slept through the whole procedure. Dr. Halford is such a sweet man, and the whole staff was attentive. Now I have to wait until the hair grows. Mike Merci et au revoir.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Bosley surgeon did too big of graphs in the hairline and singles behind that basically did the surgery backward and don't give a care. No follow-up appointments.
