Did not cover any brown spots at all!

By Donna Robertson, Fairhope, AL, Verified Reviewer

Just what trick was used on TV to cover the woman's face is a mystery! It does not even cover small brown spots. It is thick and uncomfortable.

The concealer is hard to get on. The mascara clumps worse than any I have ever used. This product is definitely not for the aging face. I would not recommend this product to anyone!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Nothing as advertised!

By Carole Carneal, Roanoke, VA, Verified Reviewer

The product was totally nothing as advertised! It's too thick to go on smoothly, it defines lines, and is "cakey" on the face.

I am so angry that when she is on TV, my thoughts are very unkind. It's got to be one of our biggest cosmetic rip-offs, and now I can't get a refund.

Some people may be willing to chalk it up as a lesson learned, but I can't afford a $60 lesson and I won't.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Not Like on TV

By Kimberley Hoffman, San Antonio, TX, Verified Reviewer

I just got my kit yesterday. I have a few age spots and was hoping to fully cover them. I also have large pores. It neither completely covered my age spots or my pores. Too expensive to not do what it claims. Very disappointed in the product. Kat Von D foundation is much better. Now I have to cancel and after reading these reviews, I'm not looking forward to that.

Not any better than my over-the-counter makeup

By Kerry Schaefer Kalb, Baltimore, Maryland, Verified Reviewer

I'm disappointed in this product. For the price I paid for the travel sizes I received, I would expect it to be at least something better than I can buy over the counter. It really is nothing special, and the powder they sent me was way too dark.

I'm so glad that I didn't go for the auto ship. I will not order again.

Rip off

By Angela, Monroe, MI, Verified Reviewer

I tried it, but when I tried to cancel, I was charged $161 extra! Not to mention I paid for two shipments.

Run from this crap; it is not worth it!

Conditions apply

I've been their customer for almost a year now. Overall, I like the products. It isn't as full coverage as a regular foundation, but it does cover beautifully.

I have normal skin with some acne scars, and after about eight hours of wear, I do look a bit greasy, and it breaks up a tiny bit. I was unaware, as it seems most people are, that their first whole kit is not the price as advertised. It is broken down into a monthly bill of $53.94, or $161.82 all together. You are then shipped another 8-piece kit every three months unless you cancel.

So far, I have not canceled, so I can't give any input as to how easy or difficult that process is. I have taken advantage of the Customize IT option and have been able to try their different products at the "members' pricing," and I've really enjoyed that. The representatives I've spoken with are clearly not from the US, but they're friendly and efficient.

The bottom line is, if you have an extra $55 laying around every month, give it a shot. If not, this isn't a life changing product. In fact, go to Ulta and pick up IT Cosmetic's CC cream. The ingredients on the back and on both products are word-for-word the exact same. Save yourself some money and try that in the travel size for $15!

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Returned but did not receive credit

By Rita Bridges, Marietta, GA, Verified Reviewer

I returned the products in November, but the company claims they never received it. I had to pay $104.75 for products I returned. I'll never buy from them again!

I actually like the foundation

By Jen , NJ

While I'm not crazy about the autoship (I've just about completed the initial try-it size), I actually do like the foundation and concealer. Used with the pore powder and the disk, it does give you a very finished look in a minimal amount of time. I don't think the foundation covers as great as the infomercial shows, but I find if you put the foundation on first and then just a dab of the concealer on trouble spots, that does the trick. I've actually used the highlighter/bronzer as eye shadow and it comes out great. The lipstick (the on one that shows clear and then changes color) is really nice also. I've tried a lot of BB creams and actually had been Loreal faithfully, but decided on this. There must be something to their claim that your skin looks better after taking off the foundation because I've just (2 weeks later) noticed an improvement, brighter, younger looking, which surprised me. All in all I do like it, but I need to decide if the autoship is worth it to get it. A little does go a long way and I did like that especially.

Disappointed

By Brenda Religa, Pennsylvania, Verified Reviewer

I personally believe the Bye Bye Foundation is over priced and not any better than some drugstore bought make up!

Save your money because it's not worth it at all!

IT cosmetics

By Trina Knapp, New York, Verified Reviewer

I have melasma and rosacea, and this makeup did not cover any of it. I don't have a severe case and this Bye Bye Foundation didn't work. Then I didn't realize I had signed up for auto orders and got a shipment costing $120. I sent it back, and they were not going to give me the shipping and handling fees so had to stand ground, and they gave it back to me. I would not recommend this product.

Awesome product

By Denise Smith , New York

I love everything about this product including the coverage, and the way it makes your skin feel. I love the mascara as it's awesome and the eyeliner is the best eyeliner that I have ever used. It doesn't smudge anything. I love this product and when I got the product, I don't use makeup everyday at my day job as a bus driver. I asked them right away to please take me off the autoship program and that when I need more orders, I'll call and order more. So far, I haven't had any problems with it.
