She made it so convincing with having the audience put it on, then take it off on TV. It made her rosacea disappear, yet the slight red marks I have were not covered by the makeup. PLUS, it made me look older! How's that for depressing?

I absolutely love Bye Bye Foundation as the product alone. It is amazing coverage and stays on all day. My skin looks the best it ever has. Now all that being said, regarding the ordering process, this has been the most confusing experience I have ever gotten involved in. After my second shipment I called the number to try and understand a little better what I had gotten myself into. I still don't understand what the girl was trying to explain. I can't believe how expensive it is and how they expected me to pay monthly for a shipment every three months. They should just sell Bye Bye Foundation at Ulta. I would recommend the foundation to a friend, however, it's way too confusing and expensive to buy the way they want us to.

I just received my order and used the makeup before work last night. All I can say is WOW. The foundation blended easily and the concealer hid the black circles under my eyes. Bye Bye pores is amazing. Tia makeup left my skin feeling so soft and silky. I will never use any other makeup.

Beware when ordering via Bye Bye's: Try It Now...Tthey kept using my charge card after the initial purchase and wouldn't respond to my complaints. Complete rip off. The sample pack at $55 (price including tax and shipping) is way over priced. You get a tiny tube of the new foundation. Beware! This is was not right for me.

I ordered Bye Bye Foundation after seeing the commercial the claims of full coverage. I had been particularly excited about the claims that it covered dark spots and acne scars as demonstrated on TV.

Well, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! I went right back to what I was previously using. I don't usually fall for this type of stuff. I was desperate. I did receive a sample eyeliner, and I really like it.

I love these products. I use it everyday since receiving it. I will not use any other makeup. I love this makeup so much. I recommend this to everyone. I want to continue receiving this make up. I'm enrolled in their recurring monthly membership.

I purchased this trial product. I specifically told them that I did not want to be enrolled in the recurring shipments, which I was, and had a very hard time getting my money back.

This product's color is not a good match to the palette they show you. It also does not cover my redness as it did for the woman on TV. I also find that if I sweat or blow my nose, I am constantly getting makeup on my tissues.

I definitely wasted my time and money on this product. Also, the mascara is awful. It cakes and smears around my eyes.

In essence, this line of makeup sucks. Their commercials are truly false advertising.

4. If you tend to perspire, i.e., from menopause, and dab lightly at your face here and there, you can be sure that IT Foundation will come off and leave you hideously spotted.

5. I disliked every product that came in the starter kit.

6. The mascara flaked terribly and was a constant mess.

7. I called and canceled any future automatic orders with a customer service agent, with whom I had a difficult time ensuring that my account was closed and canceled.

8. They do not have an automated system to email you a return authorization number, which makes me very uncomfortable because after reading some of the reviews of this business about continued charges after cancellations and that they are unable to email a return mailing sticker, you have to have paper and pen to write down the return address.

Don't buy Bye Bye Foundation from IT Cosmetics. If you do, money in your bank account will go bye-bye. What you think you are getting for $39.95 will end up costing you $120. Believe me!

Full coverage. I have spend thousands of dollars just trying to find the foundation that will look natural and shiny. But Bye Bye Foundation leaves my skin softer. At the beginning i experienced a little breakouts in my face, but then I noticed that it worked as a medication bringing out those pimples that were under the skin to afterwards dry it out. Now my face looks better than ever. Plus my pores don't show and I can feel in the morning how soft my skin feels. Of course I wash it off, nothing should be in your pores at night. So I highly recommend this product for people who need to hide imperfections. Not too exciting about the lipstick though.

I first purchased the light (I'm a fair skinned red head) foundation and airbrush powder at Ulta for $38 each. Tried it on my wrist at the store, seemed okay at first. Got home and used it on my face and looked like a ghost! Way too light even for me. The coverage was so-so. I went online and ordered the introductory 7-piece set in medium. I looked like a carrot. I even tried mixing the 2 colors but I'm not going to keep going through that. The eyeliner is nice, but they sent black. I use brown. The mascara smudges. The blush/contour is way too dark. The only thing I really liked was the lip blush and the brush that came with it. So I called and canceled right away. It doesn't really cover the blemishes unless you cake it on, which is not the look I wanted. Not pleased at all for the price. Very disappointed.
