Just got it and have had a chance to use it once. I love this stuff. It's absolutely everything it says it is. I don't get all the bad reviews. It feels and looks great on your skin.

I am a 31 year old African American women and I love this product, it is absolutely amazing. Very light on my skin, easy to use it. Can apply my make up in 5 minutes and I'm off to work. Absolutely fabulous.

I noticed the auto ship of subsequent product on the website before my original order. I called and asked if I could order without this and was told I could not. I asked if I could cancel before the first shipment and was told I could.

The packaging that came with the order showed how to customize your future orders. When I looked at it, it looked like I could get three products for $29.95. Looking closer (I don't trust anyone) I saw it was three payments of $29.95. When I called on the order line originally, I was helped very quickly. When I called to cancel future orders, I was transferred several times and left on hold for quite a long time, but eventually was able to cancel the order and, after asking, was given a cancellation number in case there is any confusion.

Buyer, be aware of the tricks of this supplier. I do like the makeup, but only at the introductory price.

I love the product! However, the TryItNow.com doesn't make it clear that you will be charged in 30 days for a new shipment of a full size order. Now the logic: you have 60 days to try it and return it. I disputed the charges so let's see what happens.

When I contacted IT cosmetics directly, they gave me the answer that it goes through Guthey Renker but when i replied, they answered as IT Cosmetics, there was no response.

I am already a lover of the Your Face But Better foundation and was looking for something to wear when I didn't want as much coverage. I ordered the intro set, received it, LOVED it, but cancelled further shipments, only because I didn't need the kit every time. As for not being able to order only the foundation, YES YOU CAN. It is available on the itcosmetics.com website. Since I began using their products, my skin is in much better shape. I never feel as if it is heavy and I can use as much or as little as I want. The Bye Bye Foundation is great for those days that you want a little coverage. I use it on my workout days. Stays on through an hour of serious sweating

I also started using Rodan and Fields skin regime and now the makeup looks even better. I don't understand the negative comments about the product or customer service. I have never encountered a problem with either. I also love the fact that I can purchase It Cosmetics from QVC on Easy Pay. Great way to stock up.

I, like so many people, bought this on the special price. But I added the extra stuff. I was charged over $50.00.

That was three weeks ago, and like others, I thought it was a month day reshipment. Wrong. I just got hit with another $60.00 for a kit that was the wrong shade. Medium is way too dark, and I had co-workers asking me if I went tanning.

I was told that they would ship the correct color and I could keep the other kit and did not have to ship it back because they could not resell it. Please, please don't buy, it's a rip-off!

Makeup was very heavy. Customer service reps are very fast talkers and talked me into things I didn't want. They didn't explain how much more it would be, and I ended up with a $149 order (far from $39 seen on TV).

When I called to return the order and cancel, AGAIN, I couldn't get off the phone! They were AGAIN trying to talk me into things I didn't want. I had to be RUDE and say, "NO thank you, just cancel my order!

I have NEVER dealt with such PUSHY reps, EVER. I will be spreading that word, that's for sure!

There is NO way to cancel this junk! If you write, they insist that you call. If you call, they lose the documentation that you called!

I've been using IT Cosmetics for quite some time. I have used the CC cream and I really am not sure if I see any difference between that and the Bye Bye Foundation other than the cost. I will keep using the CC cream. I like the lip stain very much. Never had any breakouts at all with any IT products. The Bye Bye pores is a good translucent powder and I find I like the tinted powder well, I never used it before until now, same with the lip stain, love the IT lip gloss too.

I will say the way the product is advertised on the internet is very misleading and confusing. I paid 149.00 for the 7 or 8 products and thought it to be 49.95. Come to find out that it's 3 installments of 49.94 and free shipping. So the way it is presented should change. I called and had very good response with the CSR on the other end of the call. Hope this was helpful.

After seeing an ad and watching a video on YouTube, I bought the IT Bye Bye Redness on Ebay. New, unopened, original package, for much less than anywhere online.

I am a pretty young-looking "over 65". You need the tiniest dab over a few parts of the face. I used a brush. And it covers redness, irregular coloring, gives a smooth, uniform look, and lasts all day.

I have tried so many products through the years and have never been so satisfied with a product.

Having bought it on eBay, I cannot vouch for the company's service.

I love the Bye Bye Foundation and the CC creams. The prices are a bit high, so I tend to buy mine, when possible, from an overstock seller.

I still need to use a moisturizer before applying, and I have to mix two colors to get the right shade. I use "tan" Bye Bye Foundation and "medium" CC cream. It applies best for me when I apply it with a damp sponge. I use the medium CC cream as a concealer (I have melasma) then I apply the "tan" Bye Bye Foundation with a damp sponge too. It does leave a "dewy" finish so I use a large fluffy brush and put on my own mineral setting powder. That seems to make it matte without taking away the youthful glow or making me orange.

I would give it five stars, but it is very pricey, so I am giving them four.
