I really do like the IT Cosmetics. The foundation has great coverage, and I love the finishing powder. But, I truly regret ordering this online! I've tried numerous times to cancel this membership and four months later (yes four) I'm still getting shipments! I had to go to the hassle of contacting my bank and putting a stop on the auto-pay. Even after all the calls and letters, it didn't stop them, and I received another shipment this month with a bill enclosed! I will never make this mistake again, ever. The cosmetics are great but not worth the headaches.

I've had my introductory kit for about two weeks. I love the products. I had trouble with the concealer until I read the instructions about warming it on your hand. It's worked like a charm ever since.

I called to personalize my next order. I've always canceled these subscription things in the past as soon as I got my initial order, not my IT cosmetics. I love this stuff and I'm not a makeup person at all. I look softer, more dewey, which makes a great difference on my 54 year old skin.

I even got the QVC app so I can watch for special pricing on more items I want to try.

I am already a user of the It Cosmetic's "Your Skin But Better CC Cream" and absolutely love it. I decided to purchase the introductory package of the ByeBye Foundation. It was perfect. I use it on days when I just want a little foundation and not a full face of makeup.

I also loved my gifts that came with it. The blush palette I use on my eyes when I don't do a full shadow day, and the Bye Bye Pores are great for my nose and cheeks. Everything blends perfectly, and with both foundations, it feels as if you have nothing on your face. With all of my old foundations, I was always rubbing my face around 4 pm, ready to get the heavy feeling off, but not with It Cosmetics.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Look, you cannot please everyone. I purchased this product from the infomercial, and I received it and loved it. I still returned it within 60 days and got my full refund. Later, I again ordered a brand new kind and signed up again for their auto-ship.

I'll never go without this Bye Bye Foundation again. It's not for everybody, and for those who want to be cheap, you look cheap, so just remember that with your makeup.

I read so many of these reviews and am really surprised! I can't say anything about canceling or returning anything yet because I just received my first order last week. I will update later, if possible, because I do intend to cancel once I receive my first full-size order. I only say I plan to cancel now because I won't need refills as often since I do not apply makeup daily. With that said, I am not planning to cancel because I dislike the products, in fact, I LOVE THEM!

I want to begin by saying that I rarely wear makeup because I don't like getting up earlier to apply it, and I don't like how it feels on my face and the fact that I have to spend all day checking my face and applying touch-ups (it's too much effort, honestly). After watching the infomercial several times and checking online reviews, I decided I would give this a try. It looked easy to apply, and let's face it, I'm not getting any younger! I'm all for makeup that feels like a moisturizer and goes on quick and easy with just my hand.

Well, this Bye Bye Foundation lived up to the hype! As stated previously, I don't wear a lot of makeup; I like a light foundation, mascara, and lip gloss or a light lip stain. Because I got the five-piece kit, I used (almost) all of it the first time I tried it, just to see how it all works together. The foundation was fast and easy to apply, and it blends well with only my fingers. I will say that I don't have any skin conditions or really dark spots on my face to cover, but I do have a scar from childhood on my right cheek (that is very noticeable without makeup), and this foundation covered it nicely.

I used the (free gifts) brush and color disc to apply a light eyeshadow and a couple swipes of blush and then used the finishing powder to lightly blend everything on my face. Next, the mascara. This stuff is AWESOME! I love the brush design, and the ball at the end of the wand is a game changer; my lashes have never looked better. I have had no issues with dryness or flaking with ANY of this makeup, definitely not the mascara like some other reviewers (maybe they got a bad/older batch??).

Lastly, the lipstick; it's fantastic. The color is perfect, and it has just enough shine to be noticeable but not flashy. I have not had a reason to use the concealer just yet, so I have to leave this part out. I have received SO MANY compliments on my face in the last week; it's really crazy. I will also report that I have not had any breakouts or other skin problems in conjunction with the use of this product (my skin is not overly sensitive) and I actually think my skin looks and feels better from the use of it, but time will really tell.

These products are a little pricey, but in my humble opinion, they are really worth it. If you are afraid of the auto-ship, buy from Amazon or QVC, but try it. IT Cosmetics get the thumbs up from me!

I bought the foundation, used it for a few days, and love the coverage. They said it was hypo allergic but now my face broke out all over and is itching. It is an allergic reaction to the product. I am going to see if Ulta will exchange it since they said it wouldn't break my face out.

All I want is a tinted moisturizer - a single liquid/cream I can apply to even out my blotchy skin tone. I’ve spent a lot of time and money trying to find one. I’ve tried numerous BB creams, plus Juice Beauty, Wander Beauty, bareMinerals, and now IT’s Bye Bye Foundation. None of those are awful, and I’ll use them, but they aren’t perfect. Finally, in Bye Bye I have a single product that is a great shade match, applies easily, and makes my old blotchy skin look better. I purchased it at Ulta so none of the auto-ship problems others experienced (thanks for the warning!).

I loved it on my face. I even put it on my ring tattoo, and it covered it. I got the eight-piece kit. I wasn't too thrilled with the way the eyeliner felt, but that's just one thing. Everything went on great and so smooth. Besides the way the eyeliner felt, I would definitely recommend it to all my friends!

First, I have to say that I don't have a problem with the products in general. However, the makeup is way too thick for me. And the color was too light. Sometimes it is hard to know until you put it on your own skin. The other products I can use.

But I received a second auto ship order that I do not remember even ordering! I would have never reordered the makeup I can't even use it.

I immediately emailed IT Cosmetics a day after I got an email, that said I had to email a different company that handles the autoship. I did. I have not gotten any confirmation back to say that they will not send me any more shipment totaling $161.82!

Where is the customer SERVICE?

I don't like to write bad reviews. But I am hoping that the next person will read the fine print that I still can't find.

I purchased a kit to cover a red spot on my nose, and it absolutely does not cover it, and you can still see redness. My biggest complaint is actually with being automatically signed up for a monthly supply. Then when I call, I'm told different information and continue to be billed. I wish I had never tried products from this company.

I was really looking forward to trying the CC Cream Full Coverage Foundation. I tried two days in a row and hate it! It makes my skin look awful and no coverage other than looking like I have a tinted moisturizer on. The only thing good about this product was the brush that came with it. I will use the brush with my bare minerals. The Bye Bye Pores Finishing Powder is awful also. It makes your skin look like death on top of the CC Cream.
