I used Cellunlocker twice, in 2014 and just now in 2018, and I couldn't be more happy with their service. The first time they unlocked my iPhone 5 (blocked on Fido, Canada) in only a day. And this time they unlocked my iPhone 7 (T-Mobile, USA) in three days; I placed my order on Friday afternoon and the phone was unlocked on Monday afternoon.

The only thing is that this time I haven't received emails to confirm my order and notify me that my phone was unlocked, but I was able to follow the process on their website, so not a big deal for me. I'd definitely recommend them and use them again if I need it.

After checking prices and availability locally, the cheapest I could find was $125.00 and I had to send my phone off for 1-2 days, Samsung Galaxy S-8 Edge. I decided to check online and found Cellunlocker. While I was skeptical, I decided to risk it. They responded within a few hours and set an appointment up for the next day for them to perform the service on my phone via computer. I am technologically challenged, to say the least, but they made the process simple and was able to unlock my phone. It works perfectly. These guys/gals were able to help when the Service Provider and Manufacturer couldn't/wouldn't. Basically, they suggested to send the phone away to get serviced. For me, that would have cost over $100.

Cellunlocker did a fantastic job unlocking a Samsung S8+ for me that was originally a Sprint phone. Sprint does NOT make it easy to do this! As I said to the technician, "you were doggedly determined to succeed!" In spite of some irregularities in the operating system, possibly caused by the previous owner, I have to give them a 100% rating of "PHENOMENAL" as this went FAR beyond providing an unlock code!

I inherited a Samsung Galaxy S6 from my brother when he upgraded. But I live in Europe, so I needed the phone unlocked. I’ve used Cellunlocker twice before. The first time was two years ago for business, and those iPhones (iPhone 6 and SE) are still unlocked.

This time around I needed to unlock five iPhone 8’s for a family trip abroad, and they work flawlessly. Three phones are practically new with AT&T and are still under contract and NO ONE wanted to unlock them for us for our family excursion to Europe.

My experience with Cellunlocker.net is wonderful.

My LG V30 was locked to T-Mobile Network. Before contacting Cellunlocker.net, I had an experience with two other companies. The first one refunded my money after I complained against prolonged delay without updates. The second company scammed me big time. They disappeared after taking my money out. I couldn't access their website anymore. The first company is genuine I believe, only that I was not satisfied with their communication skills...

Without losing hope, I engaged the Cellunlocker.net. Although I did not hear from them for the next eight business days, they apologized for being silent without updates. And that it was being processed in the alternate database. It was true because the first company had told me the same thing that they couldn't find the IMIE in the first database and they were to launch into the second database.

A few hours on the same eighth day there came the email I was breathlessly waiting for: "Henzhi, your phone is unlocked."

Of course, they sent a link for unlocking instructions. But I couldn't wait as I just went straight to the T-Mobile Device Unlock App on my phone and tapped on Permanent Unlock. Within seconds, the approval message came out: "Permanent Unlock approved."

I tried Cellunlocker.net after upgrading my 4-year-old iPhone 6's battery, to have the option of having a smaller phone in my pocket when I didn't want to carry around my current plus-sized one. Also, having an otherwise functioning iPhone cosplaying as an iPod Touch seemed a bit wasteful...

The 6 was locked to SoftBank in Japan, and Cellunlocker.net came back to me in 7 days. The unlocking instructions went smoothly.

I needed to download the .mobileconfig file from the website of my cheap SIM's website just like I'd done with my main iPhone, and that went smoothly too. (I actually emailed it to myself to have a copy stored on the device in case anything came up and I wound up with no data connection.)

I can now swap my cheap SIM into the now-unlocked iPhone 6 when needed. Very happy.
