I placed my order at 8:50 am and kept checking every few minutes. I started to panic when my order went from "pending" to "not in our database." Still not convinced, I called the 1-800 number (said they were closed, I was sure I've been frauded). I received my code at 3:10 pm. I used Cellunlocker twice, in 2014 and just now in 2018, and I couldn't be more happy with their service. The first time they unlocked my iPhone 5 (blocked on Fido, Canada) in only a day. And this time they unlocked my iPhone 7 (T-Mobile, USA) in three days; I placed my order on Friday afternoon and the phone was unlocked on Monday afternoon.

The only thing is that this time I haven't received emails to confirm my order and notify me that my phone was unlocked, but I was able to follow the process on their website, so not a big deal for me. I'd definitely recommend them and use them again if I need it.

These guys/gals were able to help when the Service Provider and Manufacturer couldn't/wouldn't. Basically, they suggested to send the phone away to get serviced. For me, that would have cost over $100.

I was really a skeptic at first because there are so many companies and websites that promise to unlock your phone quick and easy. So I took a chance and I'm very satisfied! Even though I did this over a holiday, they still did it in a reasonable amount of time. If you got time to spare, it takes a little less than a week. For me it was, I think, three days. Worst customer service possible. No customer service chat available like their website states. They don't even reply back to the email inquiries through the website. Also states they have 24/7 customer service, which is also a lie. Told me 1-7 business days and it took over 15 business days (I lost count). They did not tell me they do not do US based phones. Coincidently, I unlocked my phone through my cell provider and then the next day Cellunlocker.net told me that my phone was unlocked. Not sure where all the good reviews came from, but this service is a scam!

I was skeptical at first about this but when I received my SIM unlock and followed their directions on how to unlock all I can say is WOW!
