They exceeded the days that were advertised, about 4 days longer I believe, but it was worth the wait. It was one of the two sites that would only do T-Mobile unlocks for iPhone 11's and it was the cheapest one, so I would recommend this site to those who doubt online unlocking services. Very simple and quick. All I had to do was change the sim card and put the unlock network code. After that all you have to do is do the software update. So far no problems with my phone.
