I would give City Lips a five-star review for moisturizing, however, with my thin lips, I can’t tell if they plump or not! What I can tell you is this...when my husband kisses me, or I kiss him, he says my kisses still make him tingle after 48 years of marriage! And for that reason alone I will continue to buy City Lips and give it a five-star review!

I ordered City Lips and am quite pleased, though it can be a little sticky at first application. I will order again, for sure. Plumps nicely, but I wish it finished more matte, maybe a suggestion for a future product?

It does hydrate wonderfully, unlike most lip gloss that only dries out your lips! I would use it for the glossy "chapstick" factor alone! I don't expect very plump or large lips in just two weeks. Hydration for my lips it is more important for me and that is working so far.

I used chapstick all day long, every day! Since I have been using this, I have not had any need for my chapstick! It’s been two weeks and I noticed a big difference. Before City Lips, I had no upper lip, and was constantly putting lip balm on to moisturize my lips. I stopped getting lip injections due to the cost to have plump lips and it would only last 6 months. Now my lips are hydrated all day and my friends have been asking me if I got lip injections because my lips are so full. I also do not have to reapply it that much which is nice. Highly recommend.

I have noticed a change in my lips as I am getting older and have tried a few different products but was not happy. I can see and feel the difference over and beyond anything else I've tried. I have had the injections and it was starting to go away, but since I have been using City Lips twice a day, everyone loves how good my lips look. I even use on the outer part of my top lip for the smokers lines when I use to smoke but the damage is still there. I would recommend this product, and I bought one for my daughter to use.
